I've started playing FSW again after many months. I've played Gillhams Resort two hours a day for four days and not one bite. Take into account before this period I only need six Boss Fish to complete this lake, so I know how to play this game.

I thought I maybe going mad so I clarified what I need to use to catch the fish in Gillhams and still no fish bite on any rod. When an update occurs on the xbox one fishing habits completely change. This has been the worst investment I have...

Some help would be appreciated. I downloaded this game through xbox gamepass and I think there may be an issue. In the menu I can not find any stats on lures or species. How do I compose a tackle box when I do not know what lure or bait to use for specific fish ?

Fished the bay with the sunken machine, also suggested by another player, had three from that area, now it has gone dead nothing over about three days.

In that time I have caught 2 fish total,in various locations around the river.

I have tried different lures different depth's of water and I can't catch a cold let alone a fish.
I have tried some of the so called hot spots shown on youtube but still nothing.

Could the team buff this river as I have now hit a brick wall as far as the tournaments are...

On the whole, with the additional hours I've put into the game post-patch #2, I have to say that I'm enjoying most of the changes made to the game through patch #2. In particular, the rebalanced reel speeds are much better than they were before. And the time of day properly syncing across the different time scale options is great! Nothing like being able to play on an extended time lapse scale and still be able to determine if it is morning or if it has already crossed...

I don't know why I continue to support these games that have the same issues game to game.

Is the bite/catch ratio super slow, compared to The Catch? The Snag feature is pretty annoying and adds nothing to the game. There is no skill required for this to happen/not happen.

Good morning,
The game no longer starts, opens the login screen, loads the game and then goes black. The first time I loaded the game the game entered normally, I did the tutorial and when I went to career mode it loaded the lake and 10 seconds later it ended the game abruptly.
