Or tell me to shut up. I’m a Northerner mate and in my day worked with some hard lads.
I have many sides. My past office jobs serious me and then the engineering jobs so the hard lads, and then me in general.
I try get on with as many people as I can. Some I sense are not sound people on here but you TG08 speedfreak and Jimbo are all sound lads. Even Trainfan or Elliot, as he’s not been around but again a sound lad.

So as much as I can be serious even rude I can be a laugh and a joker, remember I look 20 and act 20 even tho I am 45.
Pine dust And mind over matter, oh and I don’t eat or drink much. Not fizzy pop or energy drinks. Not even Beer but that is healthier than a healthy drink on the shelf.

I’m of on a waffle. So yes I am lad back and a hard bum at the same time.

That’s me and I don’t want you to think I look at my watch timing who likes what or how long it take to respond.
I only say about DMs because they could be something important or personal. Again even seen as rude, as of now then I have 8 DMs as I write.

It’s so rude yet as I say I have blocked up for some reason. Fear of Conflict? Maybe.
But what is fear, fear is the illogical part of our brains that fill in the gaps of what we don’t know.
Why you don’t watch horror films as a child. The subconscious mind at work, yet all that information in the subconscious will fill in the gaps of what we don’t understand.

We UFO sightings are mostly the same. A silver disk or Green or Grey men. That’s film culture imprinted in the subconscious hence if we see something but can’t work it out the brain will fill in the gaps. Making one think they seen a silver disk or little green men.

It’s all in the mind, hence the mind controls you not you it. Meaning who is actually in charge if one doesn’t understand the workings of the mind. Then fear will come into play when we are unsure of the unknown. That’s known as confusion which leads to helpless and then depression. Then one can’t escape that reality because of how the mind works in a negative loop. 5 days is all it takes to get low or stay happy. It all depends on what we focus and think about.

Worry about money, and you will dream of money worries, Yet thinking about joyful thoughts mean you will have a good night sleep and a happier life.

And man sorry I haven’t a clue where all that came from. I forgotten what I was on about.

You are respectful, and compared to the people I've dealt with during my life, I would never tell you to shut up. Which is why that chat will clarify this point as well. I've never had a problem with when and where you like my posts. Or comment even. Like I said, you, me, TG08. We all have lives away from the game. Family to look after, friends to catch up with, you name it. That's why it doesn't bother me. I know that we have other things going on so when you do message me, I am grateful that you have. Same for TG08. I'm going on a bit now and I don't want to upset you more than I may have done so already, so I'll wrap it up.

Just please don't take this as me trying to be rude/grating on you. I'm sure TG08 has his own views, but I'm sure we can agree with what I've stated here.

Okay firstly I want you to know I’m in a positive mood and mind set. I must suffer from seasonal disorder as today I feel happy as Larry as I said. So to set the tone I will simply say I’m sound as a pound mate.
Likes and messages are not a problem. I respond when I can and if I have anything to say which to be fair quite a lot lol, then I will like now.
If some warrants my time feel good by going on one of my deep philosophical views to try help.

So yes I feel there is completely no need for this conversation. And if you’re wanting anything out of me then my lips are sealed.
All I will say on that matter is time can heal but sometimes it’s take Men to short any differences.
And if your wanting think I get upset about likes then sorry but ya got me all wrong.

Hence if you’re worrying anything I say about a like, then I can see why we’re having this discussion.
Seriously I think we do need to short this soon, because I am cool as cucumber man.
If I lived my life on others likes or approval or disapproval do you think I’d be able to know what I do.
I sound ungrateful as likes help boost your ego to be fair if your egotistical. That I am not. If someome likes or approves fine. If not then that’s life. We can’t control others but we can control what we do.

Sorry about yesterday. I was overthinking too much. Not sure what happened. Too emotional? Too tired? I doubt I'll ever know. I guess I just got worried when you suggested you may have been "too much". No I wasn't trying to get you to say anything really. I was just worried as I thought your tone was more stressed than positive, but maybe that's the tiredness. As you know I don't sleep well.

Least your positive, that's the main thing Yeah I'll take a few hours to chill or something. I'm working on a plan for my next Rail 200 releases as well as releases for my own content. But, I may delay my own stuff to add to Rail 200 as I have done what I wanted to with my own content. Which brings me on to the future. If you'll take me on, I'd like to help out with your Paint Shop work mentioned you mentioned in the R200 thread last night. Something to think about, but in the longer term, I feel it could work for me.

Good morning everyone,
I am about to release the LNR 350 in it's regular livery. I will link this shortly. Plus some surprise liveries I've made. They are liveries I made a while ago.

 

It’s okay again, I’m fine a little tired myself today.

By the sound of it you probably are. We need rest so the brain can short issues out as we sleep.
Hence the phrase. Sleep on it. The brain does all the work when you’re asleep.
Don’t have sleep and the brain has no time to short issues out. Meaning life will seem harder than it is.
Because we feel down or depressed even. Low moods can be down to no sleep problems build up and this is what you get.

A blow out etc or a wobble like me. It’s know what we can do and when. Sometimes we have to back off.
Because something else may be happening else where in our lives.

Again about finding the right balance. If you don’t have a routine or balance then you will have unrest. Be unsettled.

And sure it’s always great to see what you do
Again a lot needs to be discussed so you have no pressure from me. I hope your application is successful as then you can work with that and R200, but remember like an athlete you must be Mentally Strong and Fit.

That means rest and taking care of yourself.
No one can be at their creative best if they’re run down. Even me.

Slow means less pressure for me.

I'll try uploading my application for the Paint Shop tomorrow so I can include some past work as well as my own fictional designs which I'll work on later after I've done the Railnex X Hookhaul one. But cheers for your well wishes. I think considering how we work well together anyway, and we both make similar content in terms of detail, I thought why not.

Yeah I didn't sleep too great last night either. I feel fine, just a bit tired deep inside my mind.

Please do but if you are doing RAILNEX then it must be true to the original logo. As with the HOOKHAUL Logo.
This is only so I can retain the authenticity and quality, my agreement with speedfreak on using His RAILNEX Logo.
And then giving permission to work on UK stock under TSLP Paint Shops, or/and HH Services.

Why you need to pass there tests first. If you do then like I say you get a Job.

So yes mate it’s not a problem if you need help then just ask. Show me what you have done.
We might be able to sort a different direction out. Just relax with this one, and for R200 then I have placed my cards on the table in the meeting DMs. Then I can see what we need to do or direction to after seeing everyone’s cards.

Hold on R200 if you wish as again it could change tomorrow. So if I was you I’d stick with one thing at a time.
Like I said to you before if you want something then we have to work hard for it.
That takes focus and a clear mind.

So focus relax, R200 can wait a day or two. The now my friend not the future.
Have fun and have a change from R200. Keeps you fresh by not staying with one theme.

Okay sorry for questioning you

Would putting your model in full yellow help save decals. If you work and project then the lines at the end don’t blur as they meet and met where a models has been painted by the original designer or developer. Just a Tip really as it’s something I came across when working like that with a front decal. It can get too busy if that makes sense. So more rough edges than sharp ones can be a result of that.

Anyway I will Butt out as we all have our own way of doing things.

Hey it's fine. I use that method from time to time. The VTWC and TFW liveries I've done on the 801 all have a red base to save decals. But I might try that at some point. I'm just testing the livery out now.

Looks good, I've subscribed to it!

However, I've noticed something regarding the Northern section of the livery. I think the blue is too bright personally. Here's a Northern livery I made a couple of years ago:



My blue is a lot darker as you can see. I'd make the blue doors darker too, especially if it is the same colour as the Northern blue (currently).

Here's my HSV code (as a reference):

H: 240
S: 100
V: 30

Still a great livery though, let's hope it gets included in the scenario .

Glad you brought that up, I also noticed a few things with the Rail 200 Logo. The Two seems too small.

Other than that tho looks pretty cool if you ask me.

I think with colours it is more towards the darker shade or undertones. Not high up in the lighter shades. Get that Candy or Toy look effect.
Especially when out on track.

Just a quick question:

Have you had any more thoughts about making a Roadmap for your own content? It's alright if you haven't, as I know that R200 has taken a lot of your (and my) resources at the minute.

That's a good question. It has crossed my mind a few times, but now that I'm focusing more on R200, I guess I wouldn't have too much to add to it apart from the odd thing here and there. I might consider it in the longer term though

Yes and no, I don’t like to put a time frame on something to much, I push myself to get something done.
But with the work I am currently doing and as you may understand now after my last DM, there is a lot on, yet has some plans to it.
Yet plans don’t always work out. Hitting the Max decal layer slows me down because I have completely exhausted every option.
I can’t get anymore out of the decals. The game has been crashing in LD, something it has never dome in all my time on LD.
That makes me nervous of focusing in the zone on what I need to. So I stop save and then back up the list again.
Bearing I mind I’m could be at 800 to Near max going up and down. Keeping track of what decal is what and where.

If I have to stop, get distracted then you will see output from me slow down.
I have to focus and why I work all night. The Peace.

So to answer your question I’d say no really. I like to be a little spontaneous, keep things close so it doesn’t give to much away.
A surprise say for the community, not for me tho, don’t like surprises.

If a surprise cheers someone’s day up then why spoil it with plans.
Live free for once, or we could miss the bigger plan.

Like the Oasis Song. Roll With It. Just Roll with it then hahaha.

I appreciate the response, but the question was originally intended for JPlayz*. As we had a brief discussion at the end of last week on this topic, so I was wanting to hear if he had progressed with at least planning it. (This is completely separate from R200 by the way.)

Yes I will, I never felt I needed one because well how follows me or even cares. So being serious about it all then no why have a Road Map.

That was then tho, this is now so things have changed and so I must act accordingly to my environment and all those within it.
What I do what we do has consequences on what I or we do next.

I don’t plan Road Maps but I do plan my next moves.

Yet this move I didn’t plan, an emergency PP, lol.

I'd firstly like to thank you for the naming on one of the carriages and your kind words in the R200 Prep Thread. I know this one has been a challenge so I guess it was a good competition lol? But it looks great to see what you've done and I shall continue supporting you, TG08, TTB and the project as a whole.

Hmm. I'd say you wouldn't need a roadmap. This is because you tend to go for the surprise announcements for when you have a set idea/have plans down so I'd say your current system works quite well. Plus it's nice to see the odd livery from you here and there as it's always a surprise when you give updates/a release for it.

I know you're not feeling too well so I'll let you rest. All I'll say for now is that I've got a special HH livery for the Waffle and Jam thread for you in the works. I'll provide updates later, but for now I want to reassure you that I won't release this until I've provided you with images and checked to see if you're happy for a release. But I'll talk to you about that in the future, for now just rest.

It’s okay man it was a pleasure it’s because of your idea you see. We made it happen, the same as we might end up having another competition by ways of the LMS vs LNER speed challenge

And going back to your previous comments about RMs, it why I’m not a fan to much. They take time, can add more work to a plate.
If I’m spending more and more time helping plan a RM then I won’t have time to work on what I do.
So this is why I was trying out titles so we all knew what roles we are responsible for.

The only reason for taking this approach is because if I let TG08 know my plans he can structure those plans for a RM, and around everything else then. We need all information before hand to see now and possibly in the future of any unforeseen circumstances.
By all means this is not a conflict between Me or TG08. No conflict if you guys wanted one then I was out numbered.
I have to go what my Team say if it was cast for vote. So why I’m looking at what guys are wanting to do before I can seeing what I can get done in time too. The Team or Sub Team need to communicate between them. We together not separated.
This is what TG08 should be doing as his roles on assisting and over seeing a Team as Team Leader, and I support TG08 as Project Leader.
Then for you and TTB we give you task with a title. So if we put you on DMU/EMU and the LMS vs LNER Jobs. We know and you know what’s involved and I can plan to or around you with my liveries.

I can do a month one with TG08, what definitely on the cards for the project (R200).
If he does a TSLP Roadmap to then we can see what workload is on and how that work load effects R200, and any plans made for R200 RM and task handed to members.

We must work hand in hand. Communicate

No no it’s not that, I mean more in meetings. On getting back to people on the forums then I’m a fine one to speak.
So yes for meetings there needs to be more focus like we did at the beginning, I’ve been trying it different ways tho to see how the team responds and acts.

Maybe we do need that formal “l” back.

And for this HH,RN, due to the surprises you may have lined up then again keeping my nose out.
I can help to because the more time I feel we waste now will eventually catch up.

See what I mean, I’m missing important information because I feel we are wasting to much time and energy in meetings.

All I will say is don’t think like this. I’ve been there and so moved on, things don’t bother me as much.
Why because I have to believe in my own beliefs and opinions not others.
If we go around trying to think what others are think then what are we thinking.
Always trying to second guess what others might say or think.

Don’t worry why live a life walking (Edit) on egg shells. The issues yesterday and every single days is a struggle but I try now because it’s not about me it’s about others. Helping others by supporting them.

Your talking to Rigsby, the harder man than lee, because Lee is the one with own issues that doubts and a world full of fast information a loop but no end solution. To many doubts or thoughts will mess one up.

So just do, think about what you need to say and what purpose.
Give life purpose not worry about others because what purpose would that serve you.
Care and worry about others in a love sense but not on a worrying about what I may say or think.

We can never second guess and if we do we still make a mistake anyway so why worry about something that then may give more real worry.

Be you, like I am me. I can accept you for who you are or not.
The same as me, if something doesn’t make sense then just ask me a question.

Why did I say I say something or why did I do something ask me.
Everyone can think something it’s knowing something that matters.

So as I say you have Risgby for a reason he tougher than lee, why because Lee can crumble.
Rigsby will stand strong, the real me I think with no self doubt or doubts of others.

Believe and respect you one thoughts and opinions why worry about trying to think what others are.
Because as I say you will never know by thinking only by asking or seeing how people respond to the Wind from those Butterfly Wings I spoken about.

Here I feel we need to have a proper conversation just me and you.

I will say this to you tho. When I speak I just speak, so when others speak I don’t take any offence of any small insults or things others find offensive, I don’t care for all that. If we worried about how we say things then how would we ever get anything done.
I speak from the heart always my friend. I’m being me, free, you should too.

Takes a lot to offend me to be fair, if a job needs doing then discuss the issue the problem the job.
Get it done. No red tape, no political correctness. Get a Job done, because if we do look outside then look what needs to be done.

But Red Tape and political correctness etc has gone mad. We can’t speak now without offending anyone.
So what gets done, nothing we bicker while the world around us falls apart.

Words you see, just words. Actions get things done, so yes I get straight to the point or heart of an issue to fix it and move on.
I and the world has no time to waste arguing.

Be free and speak from the heart. Be you as I say.
