Good afternoon all,
I'm going to be taking a hiatus for a couple of weeks from CC and the forums to a lesser extent due to some stress. I'm still working on my graphics and I already have a plan in place for what liveries I can make next. One of which is making fictional liveries for Great British Railways now that South Western Railway (SWR) is under public ownership. This will be for different regions, like Wales and Borders, Northern Trans Pennine, Southern region, etc....

I would like to thank everyone for their continued support for me. I've come a long way since I started and I'm glad to have made the content I have. In the meantime, if anyone is interested in the Rail 200 work me, Rigsby, TG08 and TTB are working on, please do look at the Rail 200 Prep Thread which details our progress, etc...

I know how you feel mate. Needs must.

You know what I always say yet one of the main points is no one can produce good work if they’re not fit and healthy so to speak.
Here you will notice this issue in some of the recent work to do with GBR, it’s great to hear you too are looking at creating something. You will see a few mistakes and lack of detail for signs say.
So yes take a break man, I’m trying to calm down and find balance again because to much was happening and still be here yet in a functional state and not one of worry.

Remember what I said about if we think of something it will become us or even happen.
I hope TTB doesn’t mind me saying this public that he was worried over one thing but by worrying over nothing created more worry by worrying to much in the first place. So yes inadvertently created worry when there was nothing to worry about.
So again I’m no one’s Dad, I am only trying to give you advice that works because I’m using it now to stop me from worrying over nothing yet I might inadvertently cause harm or worry later on for myself so to be here I must focus on the positive than dwell on something that might not even be there.

Be aware of what’s going on as I’m sure you are in your own life but don’t let all those problems take over you.
The problem works us then, and what have I always said about problems. Work the problem don’t let the problem or problems work you.
Problem is when we can’t see the smaller issue that mount up to create a problem. There is no problem in theory yet because all the little issues take over by what we endless think about then it’s a case of we can’t see the woods for the trees.

Deal with smaller issues means one is not thinking about the endless problems, negative going around and around while more issues build up. If you’re not crushing each little issue then again they will pill up on top of what’s already holding you down.
Hence one could end up feeling pinned down and now way out.

So again don’t think about how many problems you think you have just look at each smaller problem. For each issue you think about in a positive manner means the brain will reverse its thinking patterns. You will get more done and before you know all the worries you thought you had don’t seem to much. Yet without sounding arrogant it’s not always that simple tho as I depends on if it’s something we can do something about or not.

And why we have DMs set up (I know I’m bad tho with DMs I get nervous for some reason opening them up)
It’s so we have that option available when it really does get a little too much.

You know I’ll always be here for ya man. I’m a DTL community member that’s all but I am also a person and so if I can and if you or others or comfortable with being a person then as a decent person I’ll always try help another fellow human beings out.
We are quite literally Brothers. So I help not fight my brothers, because a room full of fighting Brothers means a house full of disrespect for fellow man.

Who wants to live in a house or environment like that. Not me.

So yes I’m here when you need it man. I don’t expect anything in return. All I do except and always except is support for community members and the person the human behind it all.

Yeah I saw you were doing some GBR liveries. They look good I subbed to your 350 yesterday. Again my bias is showing as the 350s operate on my local mainline lol. It looks great. I have a few concepts for some designs I have in mind which I'll share with you in case I don't get around to doing them.

Yeah I feel that I've been making content quite a bit more recently and I guess with everything else I overwhelmed myself. I'm still looking at things which I mentioned in DMs, but I feel more relaxed this week. No I know. But again you've lived longer than me so you've seen and done things. It's just simply advice like you say.

Thanks man again these stem from the class 395 you was intrigued with a GBR theme was born on that design.
Had no time to fully commit only with the incident did I drop back on the GBRs. Some of this work I was going to see if you wanted to play around with because there simple to do, and open the doors for GBR concept wagons.
Again all this I don’t have proper time for so whenever your free then I’ll always have something up my sleeve.

Here I can see a problem with focusing on so many different things I haven’t had much time to focus on the work you’re doing.
You seem to enjoy this new software program plus it still allows you to keep ya toe in the forums while still working on your personal goals in life.
Before you needed to take this small hiatus I was considering making you my second man because you’re quite well rounded.
When we was looking at who was responsible for what and if that was an area of interest to you and your own passions.
We all have something to offer in our own little ways, and so I felt you have many benefits under your belt.
Hopefully we can one day see your skills shine when all your life goals have been fulfilled.

In fact the community member that works at Allerton depot I was talking to you about and you to him well he’s DM me, yet I haven’t opened it up yet yet I’d expect someone to be contacting you soon. I wish I had followed my dreams so to hear that lads of both your ages are doing kinda makes me happy in some way. I thinks it’s because I know how important work is and working in an area that you love.
Makes sense too, why work all our life’s doing something we have no love for.
So yes for me to hear what Don and you are doing makes me feel proud of you. Getting out there and making something happen for you.

And that’s the only reason I pulled you off work or any responsibility is so that you could make something happen in the real world and not the dream would I live in here on the forums.

When these important life goals are met then you know I’ll be around for when you are ready mate.

Relax as you are doing, but before you fully relax then maybe give me some thoughts on the current situation with the R200 project as like I say it was agreed that as a Team we vote on what happens.

Man this is starting to look serious now. I think in the time from when you first started and introduced what you was attempting with the program has certainly changed after seeing this.

No pressure here but if you pull this off then mate you’re capable of doing art work like me.
The build pattern to make it in your mind first then work it out on paper or on games.
If you achieve the set goals with this challenge you’ve given yourself then mate your confidence will sky rocket.
You can apply that skill and confidence on TSW then

So I’m right behind you my friend. Stick at it even when it gets hard.
Overcome your limitations or what holds you back.
Get it done lad because I’m still on it, 390s will be seen soon: )

No worries. If I see good work I will compliment it whilst also giving my honest feedback Yeah I'd say it's definitely something I'd like to try if I get time to do it. I won't make any direct comments for now just so I don't say I'm going to commit and then don't. But I'll see what I can do anyway

Yes that's also why the roadmap idea I was going for with the drawings didn't work I think. Too much in a single week ended up burning me out. And the time it takes to draw as well I think contributed to that. But I guess I also want to think ahead and try to make a plan for what I might want to do or what I want to try. But that also complicates things

Yes the software is becoming a lot more accessible to me. I've tried some different techniques and I'm getting better. If I get chance I'll show you some of the other projects I'm trying as experimental work just to try different line sizes and seeing what works. Maybe I'll teach you how to use it at some point if you're ever interested in having a go But it is a lot easier doing some housekeeping on the forums whilst also creating on the software as I can do it all on one device and swap between the software and the forums as I please.

I mean I'd be happy to be your second Actually that might be an understatement, but you know what I mean Maybe when I get back we can have a discussion on this if you're still happy for this to happen? That way we can talk about how to fit it in with both of our personal lives, whilst also discussing the type of content we can make. Thank you. I still need to work out the backgrounds which I need to discuss with you as you are the Team Leader after all But apart from that I have a vision for the detail I wish to capture.

How funny. I do that too. I thought drawing some of my liveries I made on CC out (take the Northern 158 for example). I tried to draw the livery out but the vision just wasn't there so I tried like you say, making a blueprint in my mind and then going off of that.

 

Just another small update before I go back in again. The front of 37 501 is pretty much done now. I've even managed to get the numbering and BR logo completed so I'm making steady progress. If anyone has any suggestions for graphics you might want to see me make, please do comment below or DM me if anyone has any concerns or if anyone is interested in making graphics for themselves.

Just a little unsettled at mo.

And hey you know I appreciate any feedback be good or positive, especially if a person understands what they’re talking about.
Here you know I’m very very limited so like before you have many skills and knowledge of things I’m not good at so will listen and why again what ever I create is always open to you or others to help or possibly be involved because. A, I don’t know it all. B, It can be interesting to see what two minds can create. So when you’re ready the work will always be around.

Why?. Well my mind never stops like yours and why I do need structure now or if I still have the R200 Team.
So much work even in the last hour I’ve picked up 3 more liveries and it’s counting day in day out.
The pressure is immense yet I love pressure but not when I’ve got a wobble head on, so I do understand what you’re saying.
To find some structure to timing or planning work yet that can take time too.
Add many outside variables and it can seem a nightmare. So a RM is a good way to plan but that takes time to do which adds pressure not take away pressure.
This is why I have a few units set up so I can use when needed and not necessarily build a new one.
Pull them out, Give them a fill number or TSLP number so then I can track them on a priority list.
Then work based on that. I’ve been delayed as a new rebuild for the ECW class 66 for work being doing for speedfreak.
Doing a quick pump out of the class 66 Military theme, and now little “Winston”
Plus working on R200 work then Transportation Art.
If I added a RM to all that and with how much changes so fast then it’s pointless for me to work off a RM.
Too much time for not much gain.

Again with everything you have on mate then it must be hard for you, my son finds it hard and yet he doesn’t make liveries or do what you are.
You’re a smart lad who is and has always been helpful and polite. Especially of this HH,RN UK or even EU which is speedfreak side.
Then it was all roll play but I was attempting at setting a well structured team up for TSLP, so HH,RN is part of TSLP.
The whole point and purpose of the HH,RN thread topic for any involvement was basically work on your own.
Work of what you see and copy. This was for me and if I can speak on speedfreaks behalf was simply communication down time.

Me and speedfreak discussed the idea of subbing out, something speedfreak wasn’t to happy about because it might distract him for his own work. Here I agreed as we felt if we opened our work up for subbing then who ever we subbed work out to could work to a high standard and on their own. No direct communication all the time just run with it in your own time.
Like I am currently with my side of the HH,RN UK. Now I have a ECW set up then HH,RN units will flow soon.
Standardisation like a car production line.
Rolling stock is to follow but still would love for a community member to help on that side by again applying to the HH RN thread, copy HH,RN UK or EU to the requirements set and away they go. No aid from me or speedfreak. This avoids all that I and Speedfreak want to avoid. Any distractions to personal space or work time. This works better for you or whom ever decides to get involved with HH RN thread.

Sub work out and that’s that. Like any contract set up then each person or company works to the guidelines or any basics rules or requirements written or laid down as a basis rule of practice so each person or company can focus on what framework has been established or agreed upon prior to a partnership agreement. If not then it’s pointless subbing out if that means constantly being involved with supporting any person or company. Ie we had a company working on a sub contract for Shearings but the amount of problems they created for the traffic department not alone any damage to the companies reputation with the way the sub contract was handled.
It didn’t meet our standards or terms of agreement so let them go.
To much hassle and upset for our customers.

This will sound hash but like any work subbed out is so to save time and allow others to share our vision.
You have been very polite about it all and probably keeping to the role play side too, but again it’s for you and us HH, RN partnership to make what we can when we can with a little chat here and there but it’s mostly a individual man management task.
Do what you can when you can, show me if it’s UK based or speedfreak if it’s anything EU related.

See what we might need or what you have in mind and just roll with it. Freedom
Freedom removes all pressure or any kind of stress of direct contact with others if work or personal time is at a minimum.
As longs as the simple requirements are met (Subbing) then we all know what’s what. No demands to time frames because there is no conflict between work or time in the HH,RN Thread or related requirements. No written requirements no agreement to be met.

So my friend do what you can when you can, their is demands just simple requirements to be met for all individuals involved or concerned.
And because as I say you’re always kind and polite smart person who cares has many skills so if you’re one day set up for something then no one’s signed or agreed anything. Why because you have more important things on your mind, but just want you to know that even if you disappear for weeks and I’m still here too then I’d be happy to have you by my side any day.

And don’t worry about all this owing each other stuff, I don’t expect anything from you because what did I do to deserve any kind of praise.
I’m just a bloke being a community member speaking to others that share the same interests which for us was drawings.
All you do was be kind and respectful by responding and the rest is history.
A normal act we might not have given two thoughts about but look where it got us or could still do.
What can be done in that time no one knows until it’s passed. Only time will tell but for now your time is devoted somewhere else.

So when your ready, and all in good time not hasty time. We owe each other nothing because all we’re doing is being decent human beings.
Even if I come across as arrogant or self portentous at times I’m just a bloke that makes mistakes and is human just like you.

Doing the best we can while respecting others or supporting fellow man or fellow brothers.
Directly or indirectly we share this world so why make it a miserable one.

Sure okay then we can short something out as I need to look at the situation now with TG08 and all that.
Not sure what’s going on and if it’s a big misunderstanding on my part or something I’ve been frustrated about for sometime and boiled o Ed due to me not having my meds or sleep. As I say it was a bad time because you came back and I had the issues with my hand so need to do sit rep with all to understand what was going on. I was blind then and even more blind now. So yes don’t worry if there is still a team then I and we have something to work with. If again others that remain feel it’s worth continuing in the light of the situation.

And to answer your question if I’d like to be involved with the software then yes I would too but not just now.
You have enough on your plate as do I and I’d like to fully understand it all. I feel it would be a lie if I said I could fully commit.
I’ll see what you have in mind tho if you wish to openly discuss if I can get the team together for a quick chat.
See where we could apply what your doing as again might come in handy for promotion on YT if Rudy is still on board the R200 project.

By the way I’m working on some bogies at the moment, and steam trains. So when you said about working on them next I was like, good luck, a lot of work to be done because I’m facing some challenges at the moment. I’ll settle in soon

Memory or mind blueprints then years ago I could build anything in my mind.
I’ll show you my Minecraft world lol.
But remember when I said look at the work, well that’s your mind taking billions of reference points just like a Ai computer recognition program works by taking key reference points then builds data from that.
So looking at work even taking apart any pictures of what we see to make it all make sense.

The more we imprint something in the mind and of course nature having a helping hand can allow you to visualise what you see then break it down or build it up. My mind works like this on many levels. Each filed but can be easily recalled.
Memory recall. It’s why if I discuss certain topics then I will call on those files.
Everything has a place in my mind in files. So if Im working on liveries that fill will be open as will many others cross networking.
The more information in each file means larger data can be processed collected and stored.
So right now I’m building up a A4 the SS United States in my head. To do this I have to look to build them up before thinking on how to replicate them on a train all I’m doing is sitting looking at work for ages and let the mind do the rest.

It’s good way to relax to and helps focus a busy mind. Why I use LD or any place where being creative is all part of it when a mind can get to chaotic. If I’m not creative then my mind will wonder. If I have any advice to give for you then just take some time out and relax to what you see so the mind focuses on that more than anything else. A good way to wind down or take a breath from exam work.

A time and place for everything. Just like a book shelf. Everything is or has a place that can in some way be a time machine sadly its that very machine which prevents us from knowing everything. Unless we used one simple text that builds the world that is hidden because we can be blinded by the clutter of the brain. Focus on what we see and can’t see to build a better picture.

And any picture at that Look and you’ll see it, allow yourself that time to focus on each given task so each individual file can be accessed.
Don’t do it all at one because to many files might be conflicting with others so you get nothing done.

Wow that's kind of fitting. Like the name you gave to me, Mr Mystery lol.

Yeah. I agree. When someone lacks knowledge in a particular subject, and another lacks knowledge in something you know it can help to make higher quality content as you'd both be applying your knowledge whilst also learning.

Wait it's increasing? Actually that makes sense considering some of the additional stock heading to the Greatest Gathering now (the LNR 730/2s which have just entered service, an LNR 350, Greater Anglia 755, and many more). All I can say is try not to add too much onto your plate so you don't end up burning out. I can tell making liveries is enjoyable for you so it would be a shame for you to lose that. Yes pressure can be good depending on the situation. With something like art, it can motivate you to work harder and really work on the details, etc.... like with our competition we did. The pressure of going up against your work made me go the extra mile of experimenting first hand and seeing how the colours and details looked (sizes, etc...).

It's fine really. I'm managing. I think this break has helped me though as it means I'm not rushing or anything. I want to make good quality content, but if I can't do that with a clear mind I'll end up rushing and missing things. Well thank you. I try to be. The only time I'm not is if I'm pushed.

Yes it would be good to see some community involvement in the HH x RN content. I've seen it has recieved some interest even with just Speedfreak's screenshots on the Livery Designer thread. My own work would probably be UK only so I would fall under your bracket. I would try making EU content but I only own two or three German + French DLCs so I wouldn't be much help. But I have enough UK stuff to mass produce some things.

Thank you. I know my disappearance has been a bit of a burden, but I'm glad that despite that we can still look past it and try and work around it. I'm still making some progress when it comes to the graphics and I hope to move onto colour by the end of the week for the Pendo as well as the 37. Once I've done that I can make the background.

I mean I could talk about the reaching out which merits praise, even if just from me. You're helping me achieve my dream and I can't thank you enough for even trying, let alone anything else.

I wouldn't say arrogant. Again you've experienced and learnt things. You've been on the forums and LD far longer than me so you're bound to know and explain things. I'd say more "Teacher-like" and I mean that as a compliment (not something you'd hear every day that's for sure)

Yes a chat would be good. I left a message the other day in the Meeting DM but no one has gotten back to me so I'm not sure what is going on. If I finish before the end of the week, I'll wait for you to get back to me before I make any decisions on the background so that you as a Team Leader know what I'm doing as well as getting your input for how you might want it to look (fonts, colours, etc...).

Yep it’s going back to basics again so your right it about pulling together for the moral of being able to do this day in day out.

Like The Greatest Gathering or the task he was on then you sound like you’ve been following it so know what will be there.
I got no hint of that from him so again you sound more interested than him so if we do move on then at least this time we have two members actually following the movements. Theres not a lot we can do for some classes like the class 50s but I think 47 715 or 712 I’ll have to check will be there. So we have 47s and no doubt that livery available on CC. Wagons not a lot of wagons either, Drax have a unit and one Biomass wagon and I am working on a full Drax art set. Will take time tho. So again we have loads of carriages and wagons available on CC. Work is out there which would sit well historical for if we do attempt this again. And I hear you, I did have one I think with everything that was going on. Why I am kinda angry about all that Mk3 stuff not once did he offer after the upset about you not owing them.
He could have said don’t worry I’ll do them then so it freed us both up.
But no I’m still sat here with loads of work and at the time completely lost where we was upto due to that silly issue with my hand then medication. Once all that settled in I will be fine and because I feel like it’s a fresh start with more willingness from say you and no longer have to worry about dealing with him anymore. All he gave me was problems not solutions.

All that worry and pressure has been removed from my mind. He’s gone and so again when we’re fit and ready we can both have a quick conversation about where to go as again I’m fully aware of your situation.
Because again you’re right and why I always said it was about being fit and mentally healthy. We all need time, it’s why a team was set up for members to stick together when or if we had a member struggling etc.
There was no way on Earth I’d put you through all that and again why I removed you so you were able to put some personal energy into your education. I knew this years ago when my son said what was the point on making reskins. He felt he’d never be good like me or others, or most work had been done.
Comparing work then putting one’s self down. I did it when starting out looking at what some did and thought I’d never be that good so left me feeling less confident about it. A livery I’ve been wanting to do for a while. So had a play around last night with it.
I found by playing around with the more complex work then by doing that all other work will be easy.

Not done that type of font for a while so having a play again while inbetween many different works.

My work is a show of nothing but pain and hard grafting. What can be achieved with the right mind set. A fresh mind is good, and by the sounds you seem more at ease after your break. I’m am not bitter about anything that’s happened because you came forward and tried to support the best you could. I felt all the pressure or feeling of letting me or the team down bothered you emotional.
So we explained and I acted, you are no burden or never will be how can supporting some one be a burden if it an act of goodwill.
If me the person says they support you yet make you feel all bad about isn’t supporting you.

I don’t even think about it anymore as it’s been dealt with and hopefully it’s has allowed you to relax more than you were on the run up to certain personal life goals. Even if you felt by me pushing you away from the project was based on one of can’t be dealing with him.
It was so you knew the door was always open but I wanted you to forget us and focus on you. Again I feel angered by him while he watched us fail apart saying he was under to much pressure yet all along was working more on his personal work not bothered for the Project.
Did a rushed At the event even said it was finished without any Team members approval as if it’s a team effort then we must all have a say on the end product. Not one.

Anyway I’m waffling because as you tell I’m still unsettled and again I will discuss more on a DM about other subjects mentioned by you.

I’m 46 this year to so by now I should be a right grumpy so and so, but I’m not. I’m immature for my age due to the condition I have.

I need harmony and structure in my life which may seem like I am a control freak when it’s only so it’s all balanced in my head that’s all.
No lose ends and no worry’s at night. So like now when I speak it’s from the heart mostly and why it comes across as deep.
I have to do that because as I say I can’t rely on my brain because I’m never to sure who’s going to be there.
On my medication I can find one stable person so you will get the Rigsby side because I am direct and don’t like messing around.
Man has wasted so much time bickering so why I believe in knowing what the problem is now or the future and short it out.

I’m many different people Josh and perfectly aware I’m not easy to deal with. Yet you stuck by me.
Even if the glory or R200 faded because GBRf or DTG didn’t get involved you still stayed.
You know who your friends are when there’s nothing but a person left.

Your a good solid man Josh, someone I feel I can trust as I feel I’ve been to trusting in the wrong people after what happened.
Again I knew this would happen because he wouldn’t commit to being head TSLP leader so he dealt with HH,RN and R200 under one control. I seen the conflict and so waited to see what others did. Like black and white films on YT and oh look.

So yes I knew in my hearts of hearts they would do it. And why even if all 6 390s a ready as we speak he would never get his hands on them, nor take the idea of the Speed Record Challenge and the Race for the North, and Back challenge.

Okay all noted. I’ve not been to any meeting rooms or read any DMs only one from Rudy yesterday which has now become clear on what the situation is. So I did leave a long rant on The R200 thread after I did some research so yes they jumped ship and I bet speedfreak will too.
You watch. TG08 does the scenario speedfreak does the liveries and Rudy films.
So I’m prepared for that and as part of my agreement with speedfreak as Owner of HH UK and EU will remove his rights of use to the brand to protect my logo and reputation. HOOKHAUL is all about Honour in Everything, in my eyes they deserve no honour whatsoever so will remove my branding rights to HH EU. And claim ownership of that logo also set out in a written agreement.

That’s if they understand what an agreement is. Hence I will discuss more work related issues privately

Yes I have been. It's been updated quite a lot recently especially with the recent introduction of the 730/2s from LNR. I wanted to keep up with the latest info on the Greatest Gathering in case I could make any other liveries or anything.

Yeah I can understand that. We had brief info on the actual scenarios being made, but he wasn't offering to help ease the pressure me and you were facing. What is even more annoying is the fact that he only had to make two scenarios whereas we had a higher workload to work from. So I get your frustration.

Yes I went through your DM a little while ago and I agree with you. This will be a fresh start though anyway. I feel regardless of whether the situation with TG08 had happened or not, we needed a reset so we could come back as a strong Team again and make set plans, etc...

Of course I stuck by you. You never gave me a reason not to You've been so supportive and you've given me much needed advice (on and outside of CC and the forums). Plus, I feel we have worked well together so far as I'm sure we will continue to do so. But thank you for the kind words.

I don't think Speedfreak would do that. He seems to be very committed to supporting the partnership between you two, but again he's switching in between. I also did this, but to a lesser extent where I focussed most of my time on R200 after I joined. Then again I didn't expect it from TG08 but here we are.

Yep you got in a nut shell. More bothered about playing us off while he did is own thing and even conspire against his Teams mate.
When all what I suggested their now doing for their selfs. You know I was trying ti get a team together to do just this and look what they did.
I’ll cut them and anyone else that has lied and gone behind my back.

All members was free to do individual work but not lie to me on a Project, poop on his team mates and community mates.
It’s a selfish act and so will never speak to them again. As basically they broken and ended a Project agreed to help and assist with to run of a form a Mega Project with R200 Team members.

So yes as I say it’s not that people have done their own thing but it’s the way they went about it all.
Saying their to busy yet was plotting against his team mates to selfishly make a new project at the cost of one they agreed to assist with.

It’s why I have walked away and will continue to because I don’t mix with traitors or ones that have intervened with my personal state of mind.

I’m moving on and that’s it. I don’t need the stress or the hassle.
It’s meant to be fun

Why as I say you and all past members have or had creative freedom to make something happen for the old R200 project.
Simple time frame with a simple task or objective. Rudy had nothing to film because as agreed TG08 wasn’t communicating any time structure or scenario work because I am right in saying that this was never the case after all this time.

They focused on themselves not the team mates. Selfishness.

I know how difficult being stuck in a situation like this can be. I don’t like to fracture anything or any relationships.
Why I’m not only devastated about what’s happened but the environment we are now in.

They never considered how their acts of selfishness would affect others hence why I say it’s all been a selfish act, because they didn’t have respect for the fall out or consequences of any conflicts.

PS, I was told never to really bad mouth people behind their backs. So I feel I’ve said my piece publicly and so again forgetting about it and cracking on in a more positive light. Away from all the negativity and stress. I can’t be bothered with the messing around after it was all discussed weeks ago. I’m not bothered now.

Basically I don’t care anymore.
I don’t need the stress of it all.

 

With that situation and environment I’m staying away for HH, RN.
Again all this has caused massive damage to my sleep and anxiety levels. My mind took a beating and for what.
We could have done this under the TSLP Paint Shop all as a team working like TG08 kept moaning about on one thing at a time, and a position of Head TSLP Planner he gave up on.
And look what they did. So no they made my life hell and as I say I’m not bothering anymore.

They had no respect for me as person or one of a community member putting his health and reputation on the line.
Or my position as a Project Leader because I was responsible for the idea and concept so I take responsibility if it fails.
Me. It all look bad on me and again puts us in this situation or environment that can be unhealthy for someone in my position.
Again I explained my situation to TG08 yet still did this to me. So no I have no further interest in HH,RN at the moment.

As I say they all had their chance weeks ago but did it this way. They made my life very hard and still struggling with it.
So for me to carry on I will as I say be avoiding HH,RN for now. To much stress being here now with it all.

I need to be strong for me and for others that are of good heart not ones of bad.

Basically they made it personal because they acts have effected me personally. They have made coming on to the forum a very stressful experience. I have to stay away from them if I’m to carry on being here with you and others.
Because it’s now effecting how I respond or interact with other community members.

In fact I might take the day off. I’m feeling stressed talking about all this.

Don’t worry it’s not you or what you say. So it’s all gravy on that one.
You can hopefully understand how it still affects me a week on nearly.

Remember it was the main key thing for all R200 members was to be fit and healthy with a healthy state of mind.
