Tried the recently released suspension mod for the Baby Bullet rolling stock, it's really nice! Especially so since the route has plenty of turnouts where you can bounde around and even some secitons with rail joints.

With some scenery improvements (especially needed around the northern area) this could really be pretty much the best US route.

You always retain the ability to redownload anything that has been delisted, it is merely unpurchasable for anyone who did not get it while it was available. Obviously, if it's something which requires an online server connection to play, like Battleborn, Nosgoth, or my beloved Ghost in the Shell: First Assault Online, you're out of luck, since the servers no longer exist.

    Good to know.

What if one paid for the DLC (ex since at least TSW2 up to TSW4), but not downloaded the TSW5 version (only downloaded from TSW2 to TSW4)?

I am on PS4 pro if that matters.

While makes sence/sense, TSW does not have online play at all.

    Please and thank you

It doesn't matter. If you bought PC or any of its DLC while it was available to buy, it is permanently attached to your account. Whether or not this DLC will be downloadable/playable in TSW6 is unknown at this stage (im assuming not though)

Hopefully DTG are looking at how they can compensate players (ha!) if that is the case. No one who upgrades to TSW6 or whatever it’s called will want to keep TSW5 hanging around just for one route and its child DLC. A credit voucher equivalent to 25% of what you paid for it on the particular platform would be nice, though never going to happen of course!

Why on earth should DTG compensate players if you choose to uninstall TSW5? No one is taking it off you and no one is forcing you to uninstall it. If the route is so valuable to you just delete all the other DLC and just keep the core and Pen corridor. Thats what I'll certainly be doing if DTG cant get permission from Cal Train to update on TSW6 whenever that might be. I think the file size for the core alone is about 8GB and if you really cant spare an extra 8GB its not that precious to you.

My only minor annoyance is that the I'll also have to be keeping oakville and the the dependents for the excellent Oakville GO transit timetable on TSW5 as well. But again thats my choice and as its unofficial mod I can hardly blame DTG for that.

Some people can’t take a bit of tongue in cheek irony. I know quite nicely when it comes to giving things back, DTG apply strict Ferengi Rules Of Acquisition!! :)

What if you buy a new PC and want to migrate TSW5 to it?

Tell that to everyone who still has the original TSW installed just for NEC-NY.

Officially you can't anymore as it's no longer for sale.

Unofficially, you may be able to find a key reseller somewhere still selling it. Im not sure how easy that is for playstation keys but on PC I did just that for the NEC:NY DLC

Can't even create a support ticket with someone for TSW5 on PS4? Only if one could create a support ticket, with who? Please and thank you

I went back this week and played the entire MP15DC timetable again. Such a joy.

The MP15 is one of the joys of this route and better IMHO than the one Run 8 released a little while back. Really needs to go back in the DTG factory for a reskin and rework then put in service on a route that's still available.

Would love to see a retooled Amtrak one added to the NEC. Or maybe stick it on my wishlist for a Cascades route.

Thinking of the liveries we have in Run 8, presumably it could also get a UP or BNSF reskin?
