Loco Br Class 35 Hymek

After the WSR's updates (following the new Thomas addon), I think its time we get a new diesel-hydraulic engine. The Class 35s are a great example of this. Two of them live on the WSR, and could substitute for the 52, 33, and the 47.

Day one purchase for me if that was released.

 

Ditto Day One, if done well.

 

Long overdue and much needed. My money is ready. I believe 4 of them still exist including 7017 and 7018 at WSR. Plenty of opportunities for reference visits. The Hymeks are perfect for WSR and DLoGW. Whilst on the subject of diesel hydraulic locomotives, Class 42 Warships Greyhound and Onslaught are still around as well. With a little extra effort, the Class 43 Warships might also be possible to create as they are just equipped with different engines and transmissions. Yes please to the Hymeks.

 

It would be nice to have another of the home loco's to the WSR as it's kinda boring seeing a 52 and 33 which isn't realistic at the moment

 

Seeing a 33 is, what isn’t realistic is not having maroon stock on the diesel timetable.

 

The realistic part was like WSR don't run a 33 everyday

 

Fair enough, although there is one most weekends unless a hymek is out.

 

I can now see that there is a lot of demand for the class 35.

 

It would also fit nicely if we ever got a period North Cotswold line from Oxford to Worcester.
