You keep making posts with seemingly random lists of trains, no-one knows what they mean. OK so you want liveries, what kind of liveries? The best thing to do is to look at what liveries are available on creators club.
If you just need any livery, then look no further than the base versions of the trains which all, funnily enough, have liveries. If you need any specific liveries, which you didn't ask for, then I'm sure someone will be happy to provide. Otherwise:

Yes, What this person is doing is what I attempted with the Rail200 Project. Basically to make TGG on TSW5. I have an active thread for this and have done for some time, and I’m still seeking new members. Yet with YT being involved then out of respect I’d ask for their personally permission or welcome them to the team. Basically he’s asking for stuff that will be at the real event like these for example I’ve been attempting it for a number of months. So not sure why the OP is asking when he knows what I do. Set a Team up or speak to livery creator to explain what their work would be used for. You’re right tho, it’s respect ain’t it. I’m out on this one as it’s all unnecessary ✌

Just credit's fine if your videos aren't monetized in any way, but if you're intending to use other people's work for your own profit, you absolutely do need to work that out with them.
Can I just add to this. Your are correct in what you say. And so for the OP I set up a Team with 7 members for this reason. A YT member that is or would be gaining some monetary gain yet I clear stated that my work he could use no money for me. In return I’d be credited for that work. Controlled or agreed. Why I ask for any member that would be adding work that may be used on YT must be agreed upon. This is so any work that is used is so with permission from the creator and for credit reasons. Respect to. In this seeing it’s a way for any team member or community member work we use or is openly contributing towards a project is aware of the facts. Transparency so no one feels ripped off or anything. Especially when it comes to monetary gains or sites that are for that purpose which YT is. So again I agree with you and for the OP then in some aspects of what you’re trying to do there must be some accountability and professionalism to make something happen. Why on the livery’s forum I’ve opened a new thread called the professionals for like mined members to be involved with a project to cover all that needs to be covered and agreed between two parties. Good Good And why do you feel you have to give up?. Are you hitting a wall with some of the liveries you’re working on or game bug issues? I’m facing a few issues with bugs on a few class 66s and if you are struggling then all I can say is I’ve been there, it takes lots of (Edit) practice mixed with plenty of patience to guide you through. Maybe you could go back to the livery creation page to help you out. You know I don’t mind helping people out if having a rough time. Chin up ✌
Right laps tops then. I can’t help you there as I have no clue about PCs etc. Can you not use a console then?. I’m on Playstation so all TSLP work has been done on PS4, PS5.
