The UGCLivery Substitutions and UGCFormation Substitution options in Advanced Settings don't appear to be working as intended: Setting the UGCLivery Substitution option to Disabled is supposed to stop custom liveries from appearing on AI trains, but it also prevents you from being able to add them to formations in formation designer or spawn them in free roam Setting the UGCFormation Substitution option To Disabled also prevents spawning or adding custom formations, but I don't know what this option is supposed to be for in the first place since custom formations can't substitute into anything
Just spotted these options and also not sure what the Formation Substitution actually means. Pretty sure thats not supposed to work like this. Also not Sure what UGC stands for tbh.
