Before I start talking about the suggestion. I'm fully aware about stuff regarding certain licensing as well as U.S. freight content being on hiatus. But DTG might get lucky at one point. Anyways, lets get started. In todays route suggestion. I suggest that the BNSF Mendota Sub in Illinois be added to TSW. Now lets get into the route. The BNSF Mendota Subdivision runs between Chicago and Galesburg Illinois along the old route of the former Chicago, Burlington, and Quincy Railroad (CB&Q). This line has many scenic areas going west from Princeton towards Galesburg. Trains that run this line include many coal trains, sand trains, mixed freights, some intermodal, and 8 daily Amtrak trains. The Amtrak services mainly consist of Amtrak's SW Chief, California Zephyr, Illinois Zephyr, and the Carl Sandburg. I suggest the Princeton to Galesburg stretch mainly because of distance since the full route is not only too long but also because of Metra licensing. Now with that, here are the locomotives and rolling stock that should be included with the route.
