Seeing as there seems to be a new gameplay pack involving core routes every year at this point (TSW3 had two, TSW5 had one right after launch), I thought it wouldn't be a bad idea to start off with some baseless speculation before one is suddenly announced this time around. Anyways, here's my guess: -A Castle Class HST with powered doors. -An S-Bahn Mitteldeutschland Talent 2 with updated features, possibly a four car version to have *something* new. -A heritage ALP-46, either in the old NJ transit livery or in PRR livery. I'm not going to lie, the Talent 2 is mostly wishful thinking, because I'm terrified at the prospect of the standard Rapid Transit one layering in for S-Bahn services in its current poorly aged state, meaning I'm willing to pay for something that should have been included in the route.
You should post this in suggestions since that would have a higher chance to be see and possibly added, they don’t really use general for ideas
If there's such a DLC for TSW6, I'm hoping for a new DB BR 182 for Dresden-Leipzig. The BR 182 was used for RE50 and S1 services.
For Dresden - Leipzig there is so many variants which of the existing rolling stock will be reused. For Riviera - Class 165. For Morristown there is nothing to reuse, so some livery for ALP-46.
Out of all gameplay packs they could do for GWR, a 165 is definitely what I would want the least, a renumbered 166 would do me fine. Would much rather a 158. Or alternatively an actual castle set HST, pretty sure the Scotrail HSTs use the same sliding doors on the mk3s so there's that as well.
If they were to make a gameplay pack for the Morristown Line I think they could do something with the ALP-46, But actually give us something new like the Comet Coaches. Even if they reuse the rolling sounds from the MBTA single decker coaches it would be nice to see so we aren’t stuck with just the double deckers.
We have Four, and with few exceptions, they are used exclusively for Freight on German Routes. The Rapid Transit BR182 can be used on the old version of Dresden-Riesa, and I would like a more up-to-date Version for Passenger Services.
The Rapid Transit BR 182, just like its Home Route, has aged very poorly. I would like an up-to-date version of the BR 182 in DB Red with functioning PIS and, in addition, this unique VVO livery. VVO Livery
This thought just occurred to me: to use the DB BR 143 and the DB BR 363 on the new Dresden-Leipzig Route, you need the old Dresden-Riesa route installed. How about combining these two Locomotives into one Gameplay Pack, so you don't ned the same route installed twice? To convince Players who already own Dresden- Riesa to buy this pack, one or both Locomotives could be given a new Livery. Having a DR BR 243* in the Game would be nice. *(BR 143 in Deutsche Reichsbahn livery, East Germany).
