Good afternoon friends please, I'll start by saying that I've read the manuals, I have a problem with the BR Vr 189 and BR Vr185. They go into emergency mode at 10km/h, while there's a constant voice while I accelerate that says more or less like this. Fidaspasecenter keeps saying what should I do? Thanks

    It might be the Sifa?

The locomotive has a working Zeit-Zeit-Sifa (vigilance alarm) which can be activated or deactivated with <Shift+7> The purpose of the SIFA is to keep the driver vigilant at all times and to allow the locomotive to come quickly and safely to a stop should the driver become incapacitated or otherwise not be in proper control of the train.

If you switched on the SIFA you have to press the space bar every 30 seconds to reset the timer.
If you forget to reset the SIFA timer, the SIFA lamp will lit up on the desk to remind you to press the SIFA button.
If you miss this, after 2 seconds you will get a warning speech that will last for a further 2 seconds after which the train will begin braking automatically and give you an emergency warning speech.
You can stop that braking on every time with a press on the SIFA pedal to reset the timer. It’s not a real emergency braking.

I could not find anything about handbrake in the manual, but in general you can apply/release handbrake in the F3-HUD.

Yeah, indeed i forgot to mention the "Federspeicherbremse" (Handbrake) completely in the manuals the days back i made those locos work. And yes, when it's yelling to you from the moment you put the throttle into any position other than 0, the hand brake is applied and when you speed up to 10kph an emergency braking is happening to prevent damage to the loco and the brakes. There is a key binding for it but i have no idea what it is on the English key layout. In German layout it is the # key.

It does the same thing a Hand Brake does in a Car

For me it is the * key to apply/release the handbrake. Not sure if there are any buttons in the cab to operate it too.

I found with the 189 when first starting a scenario the electric brake remains slightly applied even with the train brake released. So you need to release that with the dynamic brake reduce key, then you can take power.
