The Morristown looks epic, and same goes with the rolling stock included. Really excited for the ALP-45DP and driving the 46 down here too. Arrow 3 less so but still will be a great EMU to drive. Definitely getting the deluxe edition.
I'm cautiously optimistic. As others have noted, it's a little disappointing that the route isn't going all the way to Hackettstown. I'm looking forward to see Hoboken in game, but the MMC looked and felt really dead in the preview stream. It's also a little sad that not even static freight cars will be present in their applicable areas, for even as simple as they are it would really make the route much more realistic. NY Penn being copy/pasted is a bit of a bummer. As far as the equipment goes, it all looks and sounds good, but the exhaust for the ALP in diesel mode looked more like steam smoke or emissions from an older diesel notching up. The Tier 4 diesels really don't soot like that, and burn pretty clean (which is the point.)
