I don't know what you mean by this. The Training Center comes with its own set of trains to use so you can do something at all if you have no other DLCs. The concept of the Starter Pack would otherwise make much less sense.

ah ok. well just dtg added the unbranded sd40-2 to training center. i think when the tsw 2025 survey come i going to put in a request for unbranded CSX ac4400cw to training center for tsw7.
