Can the class 220 couple to the class 390 like it has done on tests?

Can you refuel the class 220 or 802, for example in free roam?

Can you explore any areas away from the track, like on Preston - Carlisle?

Now you have a 802 with guard mode, can you ask devs if they can add it to the 801 please? No clue how the systems work, but I imagine this may make it easier to implement?

If the weather is set to stormy, will we get waves crashing over the tracks at Dawlish? Guessing this will be a no, but I will keep my fingers crossed!

As the 220 sometimes couples to another unit at Plymouth, will there be opportunities to do this in timetable services?

Is the quite distinct rusty brown ballast colour alongside the red cliffs and sea wall represented? Difficult to tell from the screenshots.

Are the Class 220 sound recorded from a 220 or 221?
Have you gone out and recorded them?

What additional QC steps have been taken to ensure this is a more enjoyable release than WCMLS?

So, I don't want to bad mouth Rivet at all, none of us will be we don't want to be left in the same position as WCML South last year where Liam had to stop his GWE Remaster and take the controls of the WCML South Disaster done by Rivet.

So, my question is; After Rivet's reputation of giving us unfinished, rushed and poor content. What has made you trust and put faith into Rivet to do such a scenic route considering scenery ain't a strong point? What has been done to ensure the mess last year doesn't happen to the Riviera Line?
Is it the fact Rivet have improved and are being monitored and are the beta testers and Q and A team ensure the mistakes that were in WCML South don't happen this time?

    I have two questions please…

Can we walk along the length of the Dawlish Sea Wall?

Will we be able to make use of the Wye at Laira to change the travelling direction of a train (without having to run a loco around)?

I would repeat what Matthew has posted above. What steps have been taken to ensure Rivet have pulled their socks up? Indeed why is such a high profile route not being built in house?

Will it be possible to walk all or part of the Dawlish and Teignmouth sea walls?

What sound sets have been used for the Class 802. In particular have the diesel engines been recycled (inaccurately) from the Class 801 or do we get the much beefier proper audio from the real thing.

Bearing in mind the end cars of the Cucumber are unpowered what sort of noise can we expect in the cab? Has some licence been taken in the interests of entertainment?

Why the decision to set this route in the ultra modern era, when BR Classic would have provided much more variety and the option to bring a Class 50 or Warship and another heritage DMU (117 or 120) to the game?

Will you be doing a DLOGW2 based on a historic timetable using the existing appropriate BR Blue collection?

Accepting Riviera Line is a much requested LAMPOIL route, nevertheless for the revitalised GWR licence and the first appearance of the Hitachi Hybrid IET in the game, why did you not choose a route where the Cucumbers could run on both electric and diesel, such as Reading to Bristol or Swindon to Cardiff?

My question is this on the 220 voyager on the right side of drivers desk that in 1 dtg art work appears to show service originating from Plymouth with next station stop being Newton Abbott however in a other artwork same screen says no information so is this destination TMS screen functioning in Riveria line ?

As this route is near the sea, is high tide and low tide simulated?

This question is less about the route, but about the announcements. I know the authentic voices couldn't be obtained, but I would like to know if effort has been taken to make sure each train's announcements (and this extends to future trains) say the same things as they do IRL. For example a GWR 802 will say "Welcome aboard this Great Western Railway service to Cardiff Central. We will be calling at Liskeard, St. Germans..." etc and lists all the stations. Whereas something like a Southeastern 375 says "Welcome aboard this Southeastern service to London Victoria, the next station is Marden", and lists all calling points instead while stopped at a station.

On the AI class 158s representing the Waterloo services, will custom liveries appear?

My 2 questions are and I know one has been asked before.

    1) in conductor mode on the 220 do you have give driver 1-2 on buzzer?

    2) will you be able to set destinations in free roaming mode?

Question 2 is more of an personal question has I drive using Free Roaming so I drive my train around between timetables trains

Is the timetable full & realistic or are we going to be faced with another WCMLS situation on release?

Would second questions about simulating the tides at Dawlish. Related to that, if we set the weather to be a storm would we see waves crashing over the wall?

I'll just reiterate these questions, because they're the ones I very much wanted to ask myself.

Another, earlier era would have been the difference between my ordering the deluxe version versus the free update plus only Morristown.

I'm going to reiterate a couple of the previous questions and ask what steps are being taken to ensure this doesn't end up like WCMLS last year?

If a third party works on a section of a route if there are fixes/changes needed for that part of the route is it up to that third party? Do DTG get a say in what is fixed? As certain third parties are much more Fourth coming with support than others.

If there are things reported by the community are DTG committed to working on those things for this route? Many people have mentioned the eye sore that is Whitchurch on CCN amongst other parts which haven't been touched through updates and the feedback thread seems dead and buried.

    1. Could we see the waves crashing the seawall at Dawlish if the weather is set stormy (rain or snow storm) ?[IMG]
    2. Why Class 802 can't have Train Faults at day one , it's there any technical difficulties?
    3. Can you demonstrate the new sound and physic effect of the GWR Class 150?
    4. Beside GWR's Class 802, Class 150 and XC's Class 220, can we see other layers on this route like GWR's Class 158 and SWR's Class 159 at Exeter St Davids, (can be unbranded)
    5. Its the timetable realistic ? we don't want to face another WCMLS situation.
    6. Would the service run by Class 255 castle irl represented in game? but use Class 802 instead.

My question is this does Riveria line reflect the real world logic at Paignton in that the left platform is for drop offs only with trains either moving directly into return platform if available or shunting over Paignton north level crossing and waiting for Newton Abbott bound platform to be free or shunting over Paignton south level crossing to sidings to return later to Dawlish bound return platform?

Will the windows in the passenger compartment on the 150 be openable like in the West Cornwall Local 150, or are they fixed shut like on the Cardiff 150?

Now that we have the GWR 150, can the shuttle services with the WCL 150 on WSR be substituted with the GWR one?

Slightly off topic but still kind of connected.

Now you have the GWR license has Rivet shown any inclination in producing an updated modern version of the WCL, much like they did with Isle of Wright?

Will the Voyager be added to any other routes like BCC, Cathcart, Fife Circle etc?

Will the 802 fill in for Class 800 services?

Now we've got the GWR license back and the appropriate stock is there any chance we could get a modern version of West Cornwall Local brought up to TSW 6 standards?

It will layer into BCC 170 timetable, not announced if any will be playable.

Cathcart I’m unsure of but fife is a no, even for the 158 timetable, this was confirmed by skyhook via discord.

One more from me… How will the Night Riviera overnight trains to and from Paddington be represented? These should be a Class 57 hauling a rake of Mark Three Sleeping Cars and day coaches. Will it be a Cucumber which granted does occur on occasion when the 57 fails. Or will it simply be omitted?

My question is this in light of the timetable persistence bug currently in routes including Cardiff city network and Manchester airport commuter has this bug been fixed whereby you complete a service but it doesn’t clear from timetable my concern is that I could be doing a Exeter to Plymouth service then find I’m stuck with timetable I’ve just completed which if new service details not loading would mess up the audio announcements system without rebooting to menu this is a concern as it’s been stated the auto announcements rely on timetable data so occurred to me if said issue still impacts that it will mess up and derail announcements can you therefore please clarify for us riveria line will be ok ?

Yes, skyhook had finished testing and sent the timetable to DTG for implementation months ago, sometime between April and July, and for some reason it was never released or even acknowledged.

The timetable was sent off before the 220 was even revealed internally, so they of course were not able to implement it sadly.

If Rivet make yet another mess of what is supposed to be the flagship UK route, can we be confident you'll actually tell them to pull their socks up and fix it?

Also, given the mess Rivet made of WCMLS last year, why trust them again?
