Hi guys, I need some help with a problem Im having with scenario editor on tsc. I worked two days with a scenario and now when Im trying to open it I just had an infinite loading screen, I tried to lower game settings and load the scenario from Drive but even in this case I have an infinite loading. I have the feeling there are too many trains in the scenario. I was creating a scenario on Just Trains' Met Line using real working timetables, and I ended up packing an entire section of the line with trains. The last time the scenario opened, I noticed a bug where many trains didn’t depart at their scheduled times and were crossed by others. But since I was tired, I just saved the scenario, closed it, and decided to leave the work for the next day. Now it won’t open at all, and I really don’t want to throw away the whole scenario — there’s so much work in it. I hope someone can help me with this, I will be very grateful
You could clone the scenario then remove some trains from the cloned version. The Met line is quite busy and it is probably too many trains in your scenario
Cloning the route won't make it work - you still need to fix it Use TS Tools to remove some of the trains that you put in the original scenario. I presume you are driving from London to Amersham or v.v Most of the AI are running the opposite direction - so thin out the amount of trains.
Oh sorry, I misunderstood that I had to clone the scenario in first place. Now I will try to use TS Tools. Unfortunately for me, all the trains in the route are running in the opposite direction to me, so I have to put less train than there are on the wtt
Ok so, I installed TStools but when Im trying to open it, I get a run-time error 339. I've already looked the other post on this forum that talks about this problem, and the solution is to run the program as administrator, but here's the catch, if I run the programm as an administrator, the programm won't open, if I not run it as an administrator, the programm opens, but when I try to load a scenario to edit it, I get a second error, telling me that SuperPicture2.ocx has problems. I dont know how to solve this, anyone can help me, please?
Ok so, I did it, but when I registered SuperPicture2.ocx I get another error, I searched on google to find a solution and I found a topic here on dovetail forum talking about the same error I received, and the solution was to start the programm as administrator, but when I'm trying to start it as an admin, like I said before, I receive the following error: It's like a paradox, I have to start the programm as admin to register correctly SuperImage2.ocx but if I start the programm as an admin I get another error. I dont know what to do
It is because you are missing mscomctl.ocx https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/a...onent-mscomctl-ocx-or-one-of-its-dependencies
I am guessing you added rolling stock with fault locations causing the loader to get confused. I have never played with making my own scenarios however I have managed to fix some corrupt ones in the past by relocating certain rolling stock. Good luck
