PS4 Train Sim World 6 Not All Routes/locos Have Fully Downloaded

Hello is anyone having a issue where the routes have downloaded but the locos say tbat connot use the content the contet hanst reached the start date i cant download the dexule locos

 

Because early access doesn't start until 4pm

 

i know how come i was able to download the routes but not the locos i thought they would happen together

 

Probably as you can pre-load the majority of everything before release
