Xbox PC Profile Reset To Level 1

Just downloaded tsw 6 and my profile level has been reset to lvl1 . I was over level 1700 on tsw 5. Is this a known issue?

 

Did you transfer your previous profile over?

 

I don’t see an option to transfer it. It just forces me to make a new one

 

Im pretty sure there's a way to import your TSW 5 profile. Im not on the game atm, so can't check. Have a look in the options menu maybe, under create new profile?

 

I've had the same profile since tsw 1and it's never reset before.

Having the same issue.. There is no option to import your TSW5 profile..
In the "settings" menu under "Dovetail Live settings" it shows that I am logged in with my TSW5 profilename..

 

I’m having the same issue on PC (Steam). No option to import previous profile. Instead I had to make a new level 1 profile.

 

Also on xbox for PC. When I follow the profile import instructions (How to Transfer Your In-Game Profile – SUPPORT CENTER) it does not show my previous profile to import. I recall a similar issue in TSW5 where it took a while until something was fixed to allow the import. Hopefully fixed quickly...

 

On Pc Steam 've imported my old profile correctly, it asked me automatically.

 

Same issue. It is known to them hopefully they fix it. https://forums.dovetailgames.com/threads/tsw6-early-access-build-status-updated.93927/ they put it here that’s it’s a known issue.

 

I also sent a bug report on the issue to DTG support. Hopefully it’s fixed before the full release.

 

I got the choice to create a new profile or import my TSW5 profile. I chose to import my TSW5 profile. Some things were imported correctly (completed missions in the training centre), others not (level reset to 1). Xbox Series X
