I've seen various videos on social of it working. What particular issue are you facing? Can you tell us the steps to recreate and where it stops working?
On the 22:41 Edinburgh to Plymouth service, I load in sat in a passenger seat I inhibit the local door as per instructions and then either 1 of 2 faults occur on the multiple times I’ve tried. Fault 1 is I uninhibit the door as per instructions and it prompts to make sure the doors are closed (they are) and it doesn’t go any further or I close the door and the prompt to check them clears and changes to press the buzzer and I press it twice as I should and nothing. The driver refuses to move in either instance.
Okay so for some reason it seems to be temperamental as I’ve just tried replicating both faults and I got fault 2 the first time and the second time round the driver decided he wanted to visit specsavers for his hearing check earlier this week and responded to the buzzer
