Xbox Series X [resolved] Xbox Addons Not Showing

Been 10 mins since launch and my add on collection isn’t showing in TSW6. Anybody else had same issue? I go into “manage Train Sim World 6” as I have done in previous years, into add ons and only the 12 I acquired with Special Edition are showing. Tried restarting, going via the store, no dice. I’ve a feeling it’s only me as I’ve not seen anybody else mention it?

 

Hello, yes I came to login to the forum to say just the same thing. The post said they would be available from 15:00 UTC (16:00 based on current UK time), and despite using the same profile etc, I do not see the addons available to install in the manage game section on Xbox.

 

Same here with the free starter pack. Can't say I'm surprised to be honest. The same thing happened last year.

 

Yeah I also cannot see my add-ons on Xbox Series X in the Manage game section they are not there unless DTG are still in the process of moving everything over to TSW 6

 

I have 40 add-ons unaccounted for in my Mange games section

 

If I remember correctly, last year they became available over a period of hours to days, depending on the add on.

The most important thing to remember (and I'm sure DTG will communicate this in due course) is that no one needs to buy any addons again that they already owned prior to tsw 6. They will carry over eventually.

 

Come to think on it when TSW 5 released the content that was reverse compatible showed up in manage games roughly around 6pm to 8pm UK time, as I think the Microsoft store needs an hour after release to verify all purchases before carrying over content I think.

 

You could well be right. It's probably a switch that needs flicking on Microsoft's side of things.

 

That is what I am thinking It might not be DTGs side although its probably best their support team can help us answer that question on this one as my Microsoft store updated on my Xbox shortly after the official release of TSW 6

 

I am not seeing any of my TSW 5 Content in previous years i have had to uninstall the full purchaced pack then when i start up the game it said x dlc needs an update then when i went to the download list they all slowly populated not happening here so far.

 

I just checked the reverse compatible content in the TSW-6 store page on Xbox and its all there and you can click install although if you wanna wait until it is there in manage games in the Xbox Storage area your more than welcome or you can take the long and manual way by going to the Xbox Store page.

 

No add ons available to me as well. Should have up to 50 add ons to carry over.
Would be good if Dovetail could provide us with a time frame for when we will get them, as in their Faq's it says most will be available from TSW6 going live at 4pm GMT.

Also be aware you might want to use the search bar and do it the long and manual way because the Xbox Store page for TSW 6 is not showing addons that are there

I can't yet see the individual new TSW6 routes to purchase in the Microsoft Game Store (5.07pm)? Just want to try the Riviera Line! Presumably it's on its way.

 

Yes any reverse compatible content you own is coming but at the moment Xbox users are still waiting on the servers to port over the content when it appears in the manage games section

 

The Riviera Line DLC add on is TSW6 but still can't see it? Just must be a lag at the Microsoft end?

 

I found that is you go into mange add ons in the game list it won't list the DLC.

But if you go to TSW6 in the store and view add ons you can install them from there. I had a few that show the price and not owned like others but if you click in then it allowed me to install

 

Thanks and managed to find the TSW6 new addons. Just clicked on the game and then Show All in the box with the addons. Takes a while to scroll through them all but got there in the end!

 

All content should now be in your manage games area now

 

I can't seem to find my Tees Valley and Trans Pennine stuff from my TSW 2020 edition. Should it transfer automatically or do I have to do a bit of button pressing?

Also constant buffering circle when I try to access online store (in game).

 

Use the Xbox Store or go to manage games all reverse compatible content should be there

 

Thanks....my 2 dlc routes are now showing as "owned"....but I'm getting the circle of eternal buffering in those route boxes. I'll leave it overnight and have a look if things have settled down tomorrow.
