   I’ve noticed class 31 can be used in WSR, I don’t have NTP so can’t check myself and was wondering if it’s also compatible with NTP?

   No. There's apparently an ongoing memory issue with NTP so they haven't added a 31 layer onto it for fear of it falling over. They haven't ruled it out for the future, though, if they can sort the issue.
