Xbox Series X Mbta Hsp-46 Showing Not Owned

Purchased tsw6 all of my routes and dlc I owned seemed to be owned and installed other than cal-train witch someone else said will come later this month and the free dlc for the Providence/Boston line for the hsp-46. Does anyone know if I need to contact Xbox support for this issue or is dovetail already looking into this?

 

I had a similar issue with steam. The expansion park appeared in my library this morning and started downloading.

 

I have the same problem, it tells me that i have to buy it even though i have it on tsw5.

 

The HSP-46 requires me to purchase it again even though I own it on TSW5. I have TSW6 Deluxe edition on Xbox Series X.

 

Yep same issue for me as said in other threads I'm just got the free starter pack but owned it got it for free in tsw5 since owned the route with hsp 46 their did say their are looking into it I hope their understand it's not just deluxe edition players people like me with free starter pack are effected on Xbox with this

 

I noticed when loading the game up on Xbox Ssries X, that the Game Hub flags this particular DLC as being "NEW".

Whilst this technically is the case with the TSW6 varient of the DLC, it's a legacy product, and therefore isnt really new.

Could this erroneous "new" flag be a part of what is causing the entitlement issue DTG Harry?

 

The DLC MTBA Providence / HSP-46 was not transferred to TSW6 for me either, even though I had it in TSW5. I play on XBOX SX. In the MS Store, it is no longer marked as purchased and must be purchased again. DTG, please check this issue!

 

DTG did you guys look into the hsp46. Saying we have to pay for this pack again when we have already brought the pack. Well the pack is free. I’m on Xbox and it still says we have to pay what up with that. So when is this gonna get fixed. Because I don’t want to have to pay for another item that I have. I think this should be looked at asap coz ppl raising eyebrows on this.

 

I’ve already paid for this. In TSW 5.

 

i own the hsp46 from getting it for free from owning both providence and Worcester line not from the special edition bundle, today its still showing up as not owned the rest of my entitlements worked fine.

 

Same for me....
