Started a run with 1Y06 Victoria to Tattenham Corner. On departure from Victoria, the Class 377 was trying to accelerate even with the throttle off. About 200 yards out of the station the front coach flipped over with the Derailment Game Over message (not overspeeding or anything else abnormal that could have caused a problem). This was previously a problem with BML and the Electrostars in TSW4. Seemed to go away in TSW5 but has returned now in TSW6. Makes the route unplayable.
