Definitely 25s and 31s. I have a core memory of getting to sit in the secondman's seat of (I'm fairly sure) a 25 at Bangor during a stop - I got to toot the horn lol. Couldn't have been more than 4 or 5, so 85 or 86. Not sure when the 37/4s took over most of the Regional Railways stuff. 156s were on the route from new, followed by 158s. Even young me knew they were evil.

Still lots of loco-haulage down the coast well into the 90s (think the 37/4s lasted beyond 2000 even but I'd moved away by then). Sometimes the London-Holyheads still had the 86/87 tucked in behind the 47. There's photo evidence of a 90 making it to Bangor before someone at control realised it wasn't cleared for the route.

I don't really see anything wrong with the Class 33 as it is.

I think a class 37 in a different livery/spec would definitely be the highlight for me out of those since the 47 and 101 have been in basically every BR route, however I do love the 40.

I'll be honest I've barely heard of a class 25 but it looks like a nice medium sized loco similar to the 31.

Yes an unrefurbished BR blue class 37 would be great. The class 25 was a type 2 as was the class 31, I have always loved the sound of the class 25 and would love to be able to drive one in TSW. I always thought they were more interesting than the class 31.

So allegedly on the PC version of Manchester Airport Commuter there are hidden references to a Class 156 that can be found in the layer selector. I can't see this for myself since the console version doesn't have it but that's quite interesting. Maybe someone on PC could check?

Likely just the name of the layers, similar to other TSW routes.

Looks like the diagrams for 156, 158 & 156/158 accordingly.

That being said I’d love to finally get a Northern DMU & given DTG + Rivet can’t seem to get a grip on the 150 & Skyhook not developing new traction, I’d rather ATS take a shot at my favourite sprinter.
