Went after Union Pacific's Big Boy #4014 on Sunday, tried my best to try and recreated a few photos I took of the loco in TS2020. Got some good BNSF frieght shots too Ill try and replicate later.

Used the Cajon Pass Alpha Route from RWA..

I've been travelling up the Semmeringban route with the OBB BR52 and the Wannentender Marketplace pack. For an old, old model it gives a satisfying drive.

Those look great! I assume most of those (except the P42s) are on Railworks America?

Pretty much, the P42's and "Railbeast" were from Thelocoshop, SOO may of been Obo's Locomotive catalog, but I know the GT locomotive came from a CN pack on there.

I can sympathise with that, although I do also understand why the rule exists.

The great majority (~90%) of my screenshot collection has some form of add-on that I cannot use because of the content rules.
    • Locomotives that are an Armstrong Powerhouse pack
    • Locomotives that are Steam Sounds Supreme
    • Coaches that are AP or DP Simulation, etc.
    • Non-standard routes
Yes, I could go into the game and deliberately drive one of the standard trains, just so that I can take a screenshot, purely for the purposes of this competition... and I sometimes do. But I definitely sympathise with your point.

Often my entries here aren't necessarily the very best in my collection. Rather, they're what's left after the checklist above.

Here's what I'd actually have posted if I was free to just pick what I think is the best entry in my collection for this week's theme.

Double heading up the Great Western Main Line between Slough and Paddington at dawn. The typical wet slushy snow of England makes for severe wheelslip, but we still managed 100mph pulling 12 Mk3 carriages.

    Screenshot_Donner Pass Southern Pacific_39.18991--120.83553_10-24-25.jpg

Hello all! I am fairly new to Dovetail Forums but have had some experience playing TS2019/2020. I decided to upload this picture to show my recent photography. Please tell me what you think!
(As it snows around the Donner Pass Route, a Southern Pacific train roars up the mountain, passing all kinds of scenery, from high plateaus to noisy railroad crossings.)

So I got bored in Train Simulator..

It's a bit later than the early 90s, but the Backdated Trainsim Class of '99 scenario pack is well worth a look if you haven't already tried it. https://backdatedtrainsim.weebly.com/north-wales-coastal-scenarios.html
