I still have no idea why fast cam hasn’t been added for console users, it’s totally unfair.
If there was a reason why they can’t add fast cam like it is game breaking, sure that’s perfectly fine. When the question is asked, why this feature is unavailable it goes unanswered. As a paying customer that’s not okay!

Yeah and we had it in TSW3 too, then came along TSW4 and the feature suddenly got removed. The million dollar question is, why?

And this, my friends, is exactly what the main problem with this game is!

 

Look, It’s very simple. Purchase a mini Bluetooth keyboard to connect to the controller. You can pick one up for £10-£20 online.

The / key lets you speed up the free cam. You will also have access to many of the shortcuts available to PC users. I absolutely cannot play TSW without the keyboard as it transforms the experience.

Don’t respond with “they should just fix it” or “it’s not fair”. Stop complaining and move on.

 

I get the appeal of using a keyboard on console, but players shouldn't have to pay extra to access a feature that shouldn't have been removed in the first place.

Fast cam on console was removed for seemingly no reason, so I'd say people's complaints are perfectly valid.

This is by far the best version of TSW we’ve had performance wise imo. Clearly a lot of optimisation has been done. Unfortunately there will always be folks who just love playing the victim.

 

The console port is literally broken like why the hell does the whole sea disappear on the uk core route for tsw 6

 

How much more do you want to exaggerate. It is hardly different, actually worse for some people.

 

I’ve driven the Riviera constantly since its release and I’m not too sure what you are referring to. Sounds like something which can be easily patched regardless.

 

Which is exactly why I wrote ‘In my opinion’. I’ve not seen anywhere near the same level of ‘stuttering’ for instance.

 

I respect your opinion, but as a console player and a controller user I shouldn’t have to go out of my way to use a keyboard to make a feature work that should be easily implemented on a controller.

Here’s the solution: When in free cam, hold down either the square/X or X/A (PS & Xbox) when moving the camera to trigger fast cam.
Currently pressing either of these buttons stops the camera entirely.

 

Happens every few runs on the series x, hell they even mentioned it as a bug in update log

It hasn't been available for years, yes, but the fact is it was. Then it was removed for literally no reason.
