Im still waiting for a response from DTG regarding the route missing from my collection i sent a message to Dovetail support 4 days ago and my request hasn't been approved i would like to know how I can get the route back thanks
Every time I purchase DLC via XBOX I receive an email confirming the purchase with a subject starting "Your Microsoft order" The email also states the purchased product so that can be used to search for the email. If you bought the DLC from Microsoft they should be able to make you good and if you can find an email confirming the purchase it will be much easier.
I bought it for TSW5 when I had the free starter pack for TSW6 my stuff transferred over but this route didn't i just want a response to know why it hasn't transferred over but no reply its frustrating i just want to get the route back as I've done alot on it
1. Go to your XBOX dashboard and open the settings menu. 2. Select Account. 3. Select Payment & Billing. 4. Select Order history. That should display your entire purchase history, along with the order number. If it's not there, it wasn't purchased on that XBOX account.
