Tgv On Frankurt - Fulda?

Was the TGV added to Frankfurt - Fulda as AI train? If yes about what times and where can it be found?

 

On steam you can spot them at Frankfurt only. Ive seen them but i have no clue on what time exactly.
Use the 2 map and look at the left hand side at the station.

Tried to fine a TGV, but no luck at several moments on the day. The layer is active, but when there are only 2 per day or so it will be hard to find without a specific time.
