I really don't get why a remaster isn't done for some older routes as a rolling plan. I would happily pay something and a chance to add new rolling stock as well. I write this from Augsburg. Which just happens to be on a DB route that could do with a revisit....
That's a brilliant idea. Create some new rolling stock and bump up the price a few extra quid to cover the route development costs as well. Win win!!
As an example, TVL remastered, extended to Boulby and Bishop Auckland plus a Class 56 would be well worth £25.
