The elf on the shelf Christmas route train has it's own caboose but it doesn't appear unless you play the missions.Yet it appears in livery editor and yet spawning any type of Christmas train with wagons or without never has a caboose with it.Why is the caboose for this train not available outside the Christmas room mission?
I've been trying to figure this out too. I have Sand Patch cars that won't even show up on sand patch. And when I go to the user created download section it says I need to own certain routes that I already own.
