Hi all, due to life getting in the way I missed the free update period so I'm stuck with TSW 5 which looking at some comments might not be all bad, however does any new content like Birmingham - Crewe work with TSW5 or is any new stuff 6 only? Ta
Anything released after TSW6 launch date will not be backward compatible. That includes Birmingham to Crewe. You're either going to have to pony up or wait for a sale, which probably won't be until next year some time on the new core.
Ok, I'll just wait for TSW7 I did the same with TSW4, I had 3 then went to 5 skipping 4. Ah well I still enjoy what I do have + I'll have MS Flight sim to take up my time from Dec 8th!
They can, the core has not changed, just a few new features sprinkled in & some bug fixes & also some new bugs! But they do it for businesses reasons, its to force an update to make them money, yes it was free for a time which is nice of them & unfortunately I missed out.
The Special Edition (I got it right!!) is on sale now. I bought it yesterday. It’s a great bargain if you don’t have the bulk of the DLCs. Otherwise, the smaller core files will almost definitely go on sale by Christmas. They usually have.
Not part of. The special edition discount is the Xbox Black Friday deals!!! Unless they give us something in the week. Looking on with jealously at some of the UK routes I want that are in the PS store sale right now.
