and I mean no offence when I say this, but thats why content like this gets made. Because there’s always someone to be excited for it. And good luck you for it. I just think they could and should do better.

 

I think packs like this are to be encouraged - adding gameplay to previously released routes should be a regular part of TSW.

 

Agreed I'm looking forward to it. Yes the Cardiff route could be longer, in fact I would go as far as to say should have, but I still enjoy it when I want a shorter run or want to be a driver for a shift. This pack adds a new timetable with different service patterns so adds more variety.

Maybe those who have bought the route and now regret it should look at their own decision making rather than that of others.

 

I haven't bought the route but the reason I'm so vocal about the issues and fixes we haven't had is because I do want to buy the route. I love the idea of the route and the traction. But I want to see DTG bring up to standard the stuff that is there.

The gameplay packs are great and I'd buy the pacer pack in a heartbeat if I had the route. But the route needs to see some improvements for me to purchase it in the first place. Not necessarily an extension but even just fixes for what's there

We're all able to throw our opinions into the mix as we all want to see this route between the best it could be and DTG need that feedback in order to fix stuff. It's not (especially from my point of view) that I don't want to see people buying it or have anything bad to say about those who have. I want DTG to do a pass over this route because it could make the route much better value for money

If you enjoy the route then great! If not then that's okay as well.

 

I remember on these pacers that, guard presses local open right half of the doors opens checks platform, presses door release buttons left half opens along with the other doors. Will this happen? And will we still need to press local open to trigger the close button to keep the local open like in Blackpool route?

Mods should just be banning people who start mudslinging at others, regardless if it’s in response or which side of the fence they’re on.

It’s always the same handful of people doing it too, you get one party telling others it’s their fault something is bad, then you get the others who come into a discussion & rather than just leave a positive comment on the subject, can’t help but comment on other users.

 

Might as well just shut down the forum then and start a propaganda network.

 

Or maybe people should just learn to respect others opinions and choices.

The last part of the 2nd paragraph is basically saying "if you haven't got something nice to say, don't say anything".

People can criticise, and people can be critical of those who defend bad practices. As long as it's not an ad hom attack and doesn't break rules, why should they be banned?

 

Of course, nobody/nothing is perfect. Neertheless, I like commuter railways in TSW so I want to get addons for these.
