Route Stuttgart - Heilbronn Feedback Thread

S5 4558 Empty train depot – shunting at Stuttgart Hbf is a disaster. From the start, I have HP 0 with Zs 1 (sometimes without Zs 1) in the hub. The monitor shows all signals green. After asking the dispatcher, I'm allowed to pass the signal, so I press "Command 40" and pass these signals. I proceed at sight, maximum speed 40 km/h, until the next stop signal. Before Ludwigsburg, I saw on the map that the next train, S5 4569, was close behind me. I played along until Ludwigsburg. Then I'd had enough and quit. This can't be right.
S5 4558 Leerzug Betriebwerk – Rangieren Stuttgart Hbf ist eine Katastrophe. Von Beginn an habe ich HP 0 mit Zs 1 (manchmal auch ohne Zs 1) im Hub Stecken Monitor zeigen alle Signale eine grün an. Nach Anfrage an den Fahrdienstleiter darf ich das Signal passieren, also drücke „Befehl 40“ und passiere ich diese Signale. Ich fahr auf Sicht VMax 40 km/h bis zum nächsten haltezeigendes Signal. Vor Ludwigsburg sah ich auf der Karte, dass der nächste Zug S5 4569 dicht hinter mir ist. Bis Ludwigsburg habe ich dieses Spiel mit gemacht. Dann hatte genug und brach das Spiel ab. Das kann doch nicht sein.

 

I definitely saw that happening before, I think in kako. Never fixed. Wiko is just a really bad copy-paste with a different panel.

 

I already wrote somewhere that this behavior of that gauge is prototypical. When no power is applied it shows the kV of the pushing loco, if power is applied it shows average motor voltage of the pushing loco.

But yeah, it's a copy and paste bug, what else...

which loco isn’t working? I have used the cab car and the BR140 and the TSC-X is working fine.

i agree about the expert 101 though. It would be fantastic is they updated it to work with controllers.

 

I couldn’t get the BR140, new cabcar, or the BR111 to work. Buttons worked but no levers. I could move the levers with the keyboard. I did a run on the San Bernadino - LA route after without issues.

 

Was an update pushed for Stuttgart-Heilbronn? Because I'm playing on PS5 and i never had blurry texture or a crash after nearly 6hours on this route. I really like it especially the 110 NZ service. Bugs I found were already mentioned in this forum so I won't mention them twice but besides this few bugs. Nice route

With the crashes and blurry texture, I know maybe my claims aren't that high but for Dovtail relationships this isn't bad, I would say (I have all layers active)

 

Apologies, I decided to buy the route again and the Raildriver support is in fact working now. I’m not sure why it wasn’t the first time around (might have been a mod conflict) but I withdraw my comments about Raildriver not working.

 

excellent news. Now we just need them to fix the 101 expert and cabcar (the default red expert 101 works, but none of the others do - strange)

I don't have Mannheim installed, so the MKN layer is not active.
When departing from Stuttgart Hbf, the cockpit of the WiKo(BR483) is blurred in the Stuttgart Depot - S-Nord section.

One small thing I noticed, more of an oddity than an actual bug:
The station of Lauffen is named Lauffen (Neckar) on station signs and in the timetable. The on-board announcements call it Lauffen (Württemberg) instead.
Not much of an issue, stuff like that happens in real life too. Just wanted to mention it

 

Track 5 in Bietigheim-Bissingen has track speed set to 25, but signals allow departure at 80 km/h.

 

So far liking this route. Loving the new Steurwagen too. Great to have a route with lots of twists and turns in it too. Here is my feedback so far...

• Signal at stuttgart with white light needing acknowledge. Are these not meant to be signals not in use?
• E-break in steurwagen shows power instead of break on the in cab dials - only happened in scenarios.
• Millennium scenario - can’t turn on tail lights on 111.
• Millennium scenario - break guage “haupuftbehälter” is too low.
• Steurwagen throttle - putting to off doesn’t cut power like in 111. (Only in scenario)
• Can only use taps, not the “power” half of the throttle controller (only in scenario)
• 140 starts in wrong PZB mode.
• PZB controls only work when pushed up and not down.
• Steurwagen - T lights up before doors have closed.
• Cant't see any 500hertz magnets. Does this era/route have them?
• Signal A273 showing a red, on the live map is shows green. Causes PZB emergency stop once passed.
