What in the bloody hell did you do to the drivers view camera in ALL scenarios? This isn't "cab turbulence", it's a blasted earthquake in the cab!!! Thank you for adding nausea to the experience, and kindly correct this nightmare ASAP. Updates aren't intended to degrade a product, you might consider!!!
It's far more severe than i'd anticipated once you get up to a half-decent speed, but you can just go into the settings and turn it off, no drama
I think this feature is fantastic. Id say the difference being from ts1 maybe is how close the driver is to the window in tsw. If we had the option to recline a bit and see more of the console/dashboard perhaps...
Yeah I turned it off too, felt like my train was just going to randomly jump off the rails, braking and acceleration movement is a bit dramatic as well, applying 25% brake shouldn’t throw you forward like that
On the up side I’m not sure if this is part of the winter patch or part of the new route but I was playing the new route just now with rainy night weather conditions, after half way through the run I noticed the rain had turned into snow and the snow was settling at the sides of the tracks
DTG, please do not tweak the cab sway because of whiners like this who can't figure out menus, it's perfect as is.
Not many people are asking for DTG to change the cab sway itself, people are generally asking for DTG give us some variables we can control, to allow each user to tailor the experience for themselves. A few sliders in the menu which allow us to adjust the sway until it feels right for each of us is what I would like.
I take exception to your use of the word "whiners". As it happens, I'm a retired train driver from NYC Transit, and having operated e everything in the barns during my career, I find the sway effect unrealistic. By way of a more polite forum, I learned the effect can be disabled via settings. Now, perhaps, you might learn to mind your mouth.
