No, your crazy for not understanding my post! Are you telling me this is a 2000 route? It´s not... it has modern ZZA, no Mintlinge, nothing distinct to the year 2000.

LucaZone is there any chance that talks will be had inbetween DTG, that still to this day offers the 187 (yes, as third party, but still official content) and Skyhook to possibly share features/fixes between the release of the 147 and the old disastrous 187?

To this day it still is a massive shame to hold off on a few fixes that'd transform what many call the worst DLC available for the game into at least something playable. Especially when the work of like, creating the model is already done. I assumed if anything as third party you'd do it to end the bad advertisement from reviews...

Maybe DTG can fix the broken BR 187 add-on and make it playable before releasing new DLC using the same loco design? Like retooling the ear piercing shrieking sound the 187 makes or at the very least lowering its volume.

I can’t help noticing a dearth of comments on the new Stuttgart route. Perhaps it’s selling fewer copies than previously released routes because long-suffering TSW players are finally holding back on purchasing new content.

Might be a good time to fix broken older DLC and make an attempt at respecting paying customers (better late than never!) who have spent considerable amounts of money on a game made by a company that treats them like marks. Just a thought. You could package it up as a special Christmas thing and get some extra PR mileage out of it!

Would make sense if the 187 would be made by DTG, which it is not.
The 187 is a skyhook product and DTG cannot change 3rd party products even if they want to.
The 147 will be entirely new and nothing reused from the 187, which has been stated multiple times now and is clearly visible in the screenshots.
For stuttgart, i agree its a bit weird to get a loco dlc announced while the route its made for has not released by the time.
Otherwise i see a wide range of players (me included tbh) to wish for a IC2 for Leipzig-Dresden and the route itself was even more criticised and done with way less quality than Stuttgart.

What does this have to do with the 147? We already know it's not just a repainted 187.

    Hiya,
I can confirm we were engaged in a quality of life programme for the 187 earlier this year. Unfortunately, due to circumstances outside of our control it all came to an abrupt halt. The 187 has been in my crosshairs since joining the Skyhook team in 2023 and things are far more complicated than anyone will know. I hope we can get back to it.

So can we make the conclusion that this loco is build with wrong things/parts from scratch that updating this loco is not to be expected by any time?

No, that would be a wrong conclusion.

Would it be possible simply to replace it with a new one derived from the 147?
