While trying to create and use my own custom consists in Train Simulator, I keep running into the same fatal error over and over again. The problem usually happens after I finish setting up a consist and then either try to load it into a scenario or resume a saved game where that consist is already present. The loading process starts normally, but partway through it suddenly stops and the game crashes with a fatal error message. This makes it very difficult to test or enjoy custom consists, because the issue is consistent and happens almost every time I try to use them. It doesn’t seem to matter which route I am on or whether the consist is simple or complex — the result is usually the same. Restarting the game does not solve the issue, and re-creating the consist also does not reliably fix it. Because of this, I’m currently unable to properly create and play with custom consists without the game crashing. And a thing, while creating scenarios in Train Simulator, I keep encountering a fatal error when trying to resume a saved route or scenario. The issue usually happens after I save my progress while working on a scenario and then try to continue it later. The route starts loading as normal, but partway through the loading process the game suddenly crashes and shows a fatal error message. This makes scenario creation very frustrating, because I often lose progress and have to start over or reload multiple times before it works. The problem seems to happen regardless of which route I am using or how complex the scenario is. Even relatively simple scenarios can trigger the crash when resuming. Restarting the game does not reliably fix the issue, and reloading the same saved scenario often leads to the same result. Because of this, it is currently very difficult to work on scenarios over multiple sessions without the game crashing. it's actually happening in the bucuresti nord - ploiesti vest - urziceni route

There is something wrong with your Custom Consist
Only you can find out what it is because only you have that consist
Assemble a train one loco and a coach/wagon at a time on a normal section of track and NOT a CFR Route
if you can drive that add another coach until you have the train you want.
When you have the train on the track use the Consist Button in the Editor

Ah, I see now! That actually makes a lot of sense. I’ll try putting the train together slowly, one loco and one coach at a time on a normal track, and see if I can drive it without errors. Then I’ll use the Consist Button in the Editor to check everything. Hopefully this way I can figure out what’s causing the crash. Thanks for the tip!

and also, this has been happening in any route, i've made a consists, crashes for loading, cleared the cache in game, didn't even do the trick

Then it is a fault with one of the loco/wagon/coach you put in the consist.

Don't use the Consist Creator in the Drive Menu - it is not reliable.
Place the loco and train on the track in a Free Roam Scenario.
When the consist works use the Add Consist button - looks like a train symbol with a + next to it.

When you do that a grey cube appears above all of the train
Click on the Cube and another Box appears so you can give it a name.
