As a Beatles fan, I love the fact that the game has Spirit of Steam, set in Liverpool, and that Marylebone Station, from "A Hard Day's Night," is in the game. Would it be possible to do a timetable from Marylebone Station to London to match what's in the movie?

Marylebone station is not in TSW, well it is but only on the Underground Bakerloo Line.

To do that you would need a vintage Great Central, i.e. when the line remained open north of Aylesbury through Woodford Halse etc. and the Woodhead route if the train was routed that way. Nice thought but too long for a TSW route and despite the free promotion with Spirit of Steam and the in production TSG steam loco, it doesn’t look as if DTG are prepared to give steam another go or go back to building 50’s/60’s routes.

The closest you will get to emulating a Liverpool to London run will be route hopping next year if/when AABS release their Trent Valley route.
    SoS Liverpool to Crewe.
The Crewe to Birmingham route as far as Stafford.
Trent Valley from Stafford to Milton Keynes.
Then WCML from MK into Euston.

Isn't the Crewe - Stafford stretch supposed to be included in the AABS Trent Valley ?

Actually good point, in which case you can do the run over three routes not four.
