I am hoping they will announce more about further routes.

Could a branch line to Heathrow Airport Terminal 4&5 be possible to be added? And does that give the option for the GWR Class 800 to place and use?

Do you mean Heathrow? If you do I think it’s unlikely we’ll ever see it as part of a revamp as the track is private which leads to licensing issues

I've been saying this exact thing for a couple years now. I agree 100%. An easy fix would be to add a local stopping service to the new GWE Remaster, and add a new seperate DLC with the underground bits from Abbey Wood to Paddington. I dont think Accuracy underground is a must, and as far as ATO who cares. leave it off, let us drive.. my Pros for this would be a new underground route (I know its not technically London Underground). it would be a great nod to the Queen for whom its named after. and last it could easily be a reskin of 710. exact accuracy dont have to apply here.. Cons its on two seperate DLC's, and no ATO.. im sure this will be picked apart but have at it.

GWE remaster is set in 2017. It has changed from 2017 till 2022 when the Elizabeth Line opened. Platform length, station sites all rebuilt, general scenery, OHLE all round etc. It’s not simple. You can’t just reskin the 710 because of the platform edge doors which line up specifically to the Class 345 having 3 doors each side on a carriage as opposed to the 710 having 2 on each side per carriage. When it comes to the Elizabeth line I doubt they’ll ever do it but in the small chance they do they’d probably do it from Paddington to Abbey Wood/Shenfield cause I also don’t see them touching the GWE heavily for a later era

Yeah, as UnlimitedMagic says, the GWE and the remaster is basically capturing a railway in the early stages of a complete remodelling. To go back to a 90s era or forward to modern times would need a completely new route to be built.

As for the Elizabeth Line Abbey Wood to Reading is probably the easiest section to do but I'd personally prefer an all new GWE to somewhere beyond Reading or the north-eastern section of the Elizabeth Line from Shenfield to Liverpool Street to be a feature of modern-day Great Eastern Line to Colchester/Ipswich. The middle tunnel section is a bit samey and is also driven by computers.
