I've installed the base pack and the branding patch, but the majority of the containers are showing these bright missing textures for some reason. The only ones that aren't affected are the 45ft ones. Before I email AP about it, is there something I'm doing wrong?
I see that "DTG EWS Class 92" and "DTG South Western Main Line: Southampton to Bournemouth" are essential requirements. Do you have them both installed? Can't help further because the Container Wagon EP is just about the only AP product I don't have.
I don't have it either, but I think that an expansion pack that requires two base DLCs is an unwelcome development.
From their web site: "This pack enhances the FEA-B & KTA wagons from DTG South Western Main Line: Southampton to Bournemouth & the IKA 'Megafret' wagons from DTG EWS Class 92; allowing you to broaden the scope of your intermodal workings and to simulate them more accurately." It seems pretty logical to me that if you want to expand the wagons provided with those routes, you need the originals! John
It was the need for two payware DLCs to work, that I was flagging. I understand that an expansion pack needs a base pack to expand on.
I think its because they use two different wagons - it you only have one the reskin would not work I agree £10 is a bit much for a repaint
I do have both, and both are ticked. I'll check it in the included scenario though since maybe I've set the wagons up wrong.
I tested the scenario and they work fine in that. In my own scenario, when I try to specify a container by adding ;C1=7 (as an example) the container simply doesn't appear at all.
The manual says there are only up to three locations on a wagon depending on where you want it to sit on the wagon Tanktainers are often not seen in prototypical consists so will not appear unless you add ;C1=T to the wagon number. You must use a blueprint with a - 1 suffix for this. If using a ‘20ft x3’ variant, add ;C1=T, ;C2=T or ;C3=T depending on where you would like the tanktainer to be located.
The ;CT=x command is meant to specify the type. T is one of them, but you can add numbers instead to get specific normal containers. At least that's how I think it should be. 7 should spawn the P&O container on the 2000s one, but it shows nothing.
