Very good sale in my opinion. Finally bought JT‘s Preston-Carlisle.

According to the Microsoft Store this sale is running until January 22nd, not only to the 14th.

The class 33 stubbornly remains off the sale list.

The view distance is the same as it always has been. I have never heard that DTG had plans to increase it. The only route I am aware of that has the increased viewing distance on Xbox is MITT. I also don't ever recall DTG saying that they would add suspension to the 1116. However, SBN is still a decent buy when on sale.

I brought that route to also due to the fact it's the TSW 5 version. I won't be purchasing TSW6 compatible content since older versions aren't free.

If you buy one game it should be available for all games. We have never had to purchase a game again for the next version.

l fell into the trap of buying TSW 6 Special as l didn’t have Cardiff or Zwolle in TSW 5 five and as l play five to save transfering all my routes as it will take me a very long time to do so because of a slow internet signal, Dovetail Support have informed me that if l want them in TSW5 l will have to buy them again.

l have purchased everything for my Xbox and Steam as well , so buy everything twice but now Dovetail Games want me to buy it a third time. I only play this game because of my love of railways and DTG and will buy them in a decent sale, but really feel cheated by DTG Matt and co.

Yes l was informed that but didn’t know at the time of purchase and l accept their requirements but still feel it’s unfair.

That's a complete deal breaker for me.

Thankfully, there is also WCML Preston-Carlisle on sale for TSW5, so you might want to take a look at that - I bought this one.

Thanks to the Sale, I bought Lirr 2 and Boston-Worcester; I'm not really a fan of US routes, but I'm not going to say no to two routes for just €20.

I have a Question. As I mentioned above, I bought Lirr 2 Route on Sale and am now considering buying the M3 as well. Does it offer any extra Services, or does it only provide substitutes for the M9 or M7?

It offers extra services. About 32 I think. It does not substitute otherwise. It does not have ACSES. But, I do find it fun to drive. Maybe not worth it for so few services but then again, it will probably never go on sale and you don't want to drive lots of services just to decide to get it anyways.

Thanks, I think I'll wait before buying. 32 services isn't exactly a lot and I hope you're wrong about it never being on Sale.
