So I have an update to a couple of my liveries on Creators Club. Is it an easy process to update them on Creators Club so that people who have subscribed to them get the new updated versions?
Hi WaveyDavey, the process itself is not difficult, (but could have been made easier). Find your asset in Creators Club and select 'More Info', then 'Reupload'. Select you 'new' asset and you will see that you have to re-write all the blurb for it. (If you want to basically 'copy' the blurb, I suggest you take a pic on your phone of it and manually copy it. Or..) Re-write the blurb for your updated asset. Screenshots - if your relivery is not too obvious, you could use your existing screenshots, but you will have to find them in your collection, so I suggest that you prepare new screenshots for the re-upload. Once everything is ready, up-load. In my understanding - and I'm happy to be proved wrong about this - the update does not automatically pass on to anyone who has subscribed. For them to benefit from it, they would have to re-subscribe to it. All you can do is: advertise. Perhaps use a thread like this to state any updates. Title it to include your Username, such as 'WaveyDavey's Updated Liveries'. I hope this helps you, Happy modelling Dave
Cheers for that..... I post all my liveries on Facebook groups so will pop another post on there telling people of the updated livery on both CC and TSC.
