To add to above, the destination on the departure board was blank and it didn't list calling points after Stoke-on-Trent either. I guess they don't exist in the routes station directory

Got to say the new timetable with this pack is brilliant , and seeing Birmingham New street so busy now compared to when the route was released is just great! I do have most of the layers so it’s also great seeing the voyagers at new street . The new timetable really breaths new life into this route . Would recommend this pack just for the timetable alone!

Also tried a night run recently and also didn’t think the night lighting looked as dark as I remembered before (as someone else mentioned )

Since I can't find a feedback for Cross City.

The OFF Indicator is missing from platform 3 at Four Oaks and Chester Road on the down line platform.

    I have a question...

I've just recently acquired WCML Birmingham - Crewe and really enjoy it, especially the diversity of the AI traffic at Birmingham New Street when spawning there on foot. (I have all the layers for this route except MAC and this version of the Class 170.)

    So my question is :

Is this DLC really interesting to purchase then, for AI diversity sake at Birmingham and for the driveable services it adds on this route (not BCC) ???

Thanks in advance for your replies !

If you have Cross-City already then definitely get it - it transforms the route, not just at New St, but on the southern section too. I never used to play it but now it's in my regular rotation.

For Birmingham-Crewe, it adds 2 extra driveable services per hour between Wolverhampton and Birmingham, plus lots of AI at New St. The base Cross-city route also adds lots of services at New St with the 323, plus a few drivable services, largely depot runs to Soho TMD.

In terms of drivable services, it adds a hourly service between Wolverhampton and Birmingham (although I think there might be some extra peak time services).
In terms of AI: there should be an hourly Birmingham to Hereford WMR service, and around 5 XC departures per hour.

I'd also add that the 170 services seem to follow the slower services because I've been slowed by restrictive signals several times in the 170, more than with other services.

Can the 170/5 be looked into as the /6 has the correct spacing between the carriages whilst /5 seem like they are wedged together.

    Yes, it is strange that.

The /5 is compressed far more than the /6, you can even see it in the cable tension.

No idea if is true to life, or just an error.
