The same problem happens at Frankfurt-Fulda too, occasionally. The fast train platforms at Frankfurt are just barely long enough to accommodate a full ICE1 or two ICE3 for example. You have to get very cozy with the buffer stop to get the whole train in completely.
The AI often doesn't, leading to situations like the one you described :|
Perhaps the stopping points for the AI (or for Frankfurt Hbf in general) need to be looked into?

I don't use the 423 very often, so I don't know. Might try it later in the evening, if I have the time for it. Not much spare time for TSW lately :(

I didn't have time to test it until now, and can confirm: The wiper bug on the 423 has not been fixed so far. The wipers don't wipe at all :(

In the "S-Bahn Panne" scenario, there is an error at signal 62 F shortly before the S-Bahn depot at the end of the scenario. According to the HUD and map, the main signal should show Hp1 (proceed at stop). Instead, it shows Hp0 (stop at stop). There is no advise from the operator to ignore the signal.
Attention: In this case, the PZB system follows the signals along the track. It would therefore trigger an emergency brake application at signal 62 F. Use Befehl 40 to pass the signal (Delete key).
