Dovetail Live Unable To Take Cc Shots/ Upload To Cc.

    I’m looking for some assistance in regards to issues I’ve been experiencing for a numbers of weeks.
    At the moment I’m unable to take CC shots to then upload onto CC and has been like this for around two weeks now. Or since a class 43 Kingdom Rail livery went up.

    I’ve been experiencing some issues on TSW6 but will accept the photos after a few tries.
    Yet on TSW5 I’m constantly getting this error message.

    18 units and this number will go up if I’m unable to use CC as intended. IMG_0378.jpeg IMG_0382.jpeg

    On a side note I don’t wish to be here after 2025 but this issue is preventing full access to CC.
    Therefore I now require some assistance/ answers as to why this is happening now. It’s never happened in all the years I’ve been using CC.

    I forgot to add that I have taken steps to help fix the issues.
    I’ve logged out of DTL, closed the game and PS5 system off. Then started as normal by re signing in.
    On TSW5 my liveries were quite high at 265. I’ve deleted a few so I’m now at 235.
    The only measure I’ve haven’t taken is photos or saved photos. Yet if that was the case I’d assume I wouldn’t be able to use TSW6.

    Each step taken hasn’t resolved anything.

    Hi Chris, sure I can do that, need to after last time we spoken.

    Anyway done what I can with this one. Tested internet connection and all that. Can’t be my internet tho because I’m able to play other online games no problem.
    What could be a problem tho is I still don’t have access to the original email linked to the Rigsby account. Yet I do have a secondary account (BlackstripeTSL) I could use and have full access too.

    Would it be better to use my secondary account if that’s possible?.

    I’m unable to gain access to support. Yet I’m signed in here and on DTL (The game). All under the same email and password.

    But I will say this I’m not prepared to chase this. It’s one thing after another and for what?.
    Anyway you should know my account after banning so much work, but that’s the way it is. Plus I have to say after all the years playing this game it seems very odd that I’m unable to upload after recent events regarding GBR.

    You can’t blame me for thinking like this and why again I’m not prepared to chase or play games.
    So I’m back to square one. I still need assistance now I’m unable to follow your instructions to contact Customer Support.
    I’ve tried via CC but all I get is this!.

    I have tried all this. The right corner was the first place I went after the link sends me to the support login.
    Then doing via support would only direct me to the same support page.
    I know you’re doing your best to assist and I do appreciate that. I do wonder if it’s my email tho. Why I asked the previous question in my first reply back to you about email or no access.

    I’ll take a second look at my emails key links and get back to you tomorrow.
    It’s important I speak privately because enough has been said in a public domain. I’m sure you’ll agree life’s isn’t a show, to some yes.
    But not me. Therefore I’d like to clear this issue or any other issues that I feel needs to be fully addressed before I can continue without all this drama. As before I can find all this very stressful and most inconvenient, so again I’d like to find a path of not less resistance but one less painful than it has to be for me and for all.

    A very AM update.
    So checked all emails for customer support account. The links had not saved basically or outdated with the original emails.
    Now I know for certain I had a separate account already set up. This is why that freshdesk links comes into the frame again.

    What happened is this.
    Went to set up a new support account.

    When I received the email it said I already had an account and left me a link to directly sign in. The sign in link directed me to this page?!?. IMG_0463.png
    At this point I’m at a loss. Why send me to Focus Entertainment support.
    I know I’ve placed all the correct email and password in. The same details when I last contacted customer support.
    I’d be entering these details as normal yet your system doesn’t register it. Freshdesk and Focus is where I’m directed too.

    So basically tried setting a new account up but as you can see by the shots I’m being directed to Focus Entertainment again.

    Sorry your having trouble with this. Dovetail Support moved away from FreshDesk about 6 months ago, and we changed providers. If you have very old emails lying around the links won't be valid anymore. Furthermore the related tickets would have been closed months ago.

    If you are starting a new topic, i would always advocate for a new ticket. You can create a New Ticket by heading to https://support.dovetailgames.com/ and clicking on Submit a Request.

    The reason you are seeing the Focus Entertainment Portal when you update your password, is because it is a shared infrastructure, and Focus is our parent company. You can use the same login to access both portals.

    Hi Chris, I’ve had an automated message from you regarding the photo uploading situation.

    Yet there has been no reply or response to any of the other complaints or concerns.
    So am I talking to Ai or you? I want to speak to you not Ai.
    And again non of my concerns even regarding treatment as a customer have been addressed as of yet.

    Do you care?.

    I have decided to respond here rather than email because the email seems like an Ai generated response from the original complaint of photos not being accessible for new shoots for CC.
    Nothing human, or completely ignoring what’s been communicated in email to support addressed to you.

    I will await your reply. Until then I will look into what’s been suggested regarding the photos for CC and thank you for looking into that for me Chris.

    Well I’ve spent all night deleting photos with 103 pages cut down to 70 pages.

    Went on to upload or take photos and,,,,

    You maybe wondering why I’m so bothered about this if I have TSW6 and 4. Well I’m using TSW5 for releasing a large fleet so non users of TSW6 have access to around 25 liveries currently held back by the original thread topic. One that seems on going after trying again.
    All work that was planned for release in early January.

    This brings me onto work that I’ve now noticed more and more GBR work and CC content being taken down. This is a conversation I still wish to discuss privately due to the amount of hours spent on work and work that CC users enjoyed and even DTG displayed or featured on the month of The Greatest Gathering.

    Again I understand your hands might be tided and why I still wish to discuss with those responsible or form a channel of communication to know where I stand, or what to expect for GBR work thats still present on CC for now.

    I would like that to happen rather than a new axe being swung before having the chance to speak to DTG in more depth or with a GBR representative considering how their approach or actions do have consequences which are private, yet have touched upon in the emails to you.

    Okay so absolutely no assistance from you regarding non uploading from TSW5 after my last message.

    And now this!. What are you doing?.

    The first version is the one that’s been blocked and there’s a second version that was going to be uploaded today too.
    But as you can see the work has been blocked and I’d like to know why?. IF YOU CONTINUE to IGNORE this along with the other issues I’d like to be shorted out. This also includes faulty products after sale, (ref to Customer Feedback and even when mentioned in email to you in customer support still no reply or assistance to look into that. Then I’ll consider the matter with you as a DTG Staff member and DTG as company not caring at all. Even when going through DTG custom support process on your instructions.

    And to be frank even tho I’ve been attempting to speak to you or any DTG member now or in the past regarding GBR and even my own branding before commencing work I’ve had not been able to establish this, even as a active member or community member.
    Even when pointing out how things can affect me mentally there has been no assistance at any point.
    It’s getting absolutely ridiculous now to a point it feels the company is doing it on purpose.

    You are doing things to my account, including banning work with no explanation even when asking for one a way from the public.
    Here I would like to say I’m not hunting for anything from GBR. What I do or did care about is my attempt to reach DTG and GBR GBRTT way before I started on any GBR work to avoid any unnecessary situations like now. Yet again even after having a thread set up for Railway 200 or R200 project still no assistance or words of warning etc referring to GBR.

    I did all I could Chris to avoid this situation and yet no community manager or staff member intervened.
    It’s months worth of work yet DTG or GBR fail to understand this or again intervened before it reached this stage.

    So based off our previous conversation and the nature including the information in my email to you as customer support you’re either genuinely busy or ignoring a user you know has unanswered questions not even an apology.
    I’m asking for assistance every time and nothing from DTG staff member or you directly via here and customer support.

    No answers, no assist even regarding products and what can only be described as complete avoidance of the situation or willingness to be of any assistance or support to me as a DTG user DTL use and customer of over 8 years.
    Thus it’s feels like your wanting me to have no answer no assistance so I leave or you don’t have to admit any foul play.

    Getting no answer, no assistance, so it does feel like bullying. Why because all the information provided there is no willingness to clear or remove any misunderstandings in order for me personally to enjoy TSW or being part of the DTL community.
    I don’t want NOTHING from GBR or DTG just answer, assistance that’s all.

    If my tone is off then it’s because I’ve been wanting to speak to you before I started any Kingdom Rail/Railways work but I’ve been waiting long enough now. Went ahead but now all this again. Nothing but hassle, 2 days and nights of solid work all for nothing.
    Except more and more evidence to show no willingness from DTG to offer any further assistance or help to a DTG/DTL, CUSTOMER!

    I’m asking for assistance and some answers, and by DTG failing to provide that speaks volumes on so many levels.

    Did you see our reply to your support ticket on the 11th February 2026 at 13:47 GMT? In our message we confirmed that the uploading issue was a bug affecting many players that upload a lot of content. The bug was logged, and is awaiting further investigation. Please be assured that your experience is not an isolated issue.

    Okay I forgot about the description again. It feels daft tho because we’re (CC Users are unable to speak freely) Ie my description isn’t bad or inappropriate or offensive. It just free speech, thus cannot be considered to be labelled as your system says. Or you as a company have placed on your customers rights to free speech or expression. That’s not allowed or can be enforced

    Ie freedom or expression or free speech or our rights in society do exist. Thus no government or organisation can control that.
    Yet you or your system is doing that here.

    Can you clear up my concerns on this please?. As No person or entity can do this when it comes to freedom of speech and expression.
    Yes if I said this work is to replace GBR LOVE designs for the public, I guess that would be offensive. But my comment in the CC description is not. It’s just free speech and/or freedom of expression in words and work.

    That can’t be controlled, but feels like it is.

    Could you clear up any confusion here in the legal sense of the words.
    It’s just a description like a review or YouTube video reviewing something. It’s all copyrighted but we have the rights to discuss or even comment on such brands. Because it’s in our freedom to do this.
    Ie Does Rail Advert magazine pay or ask you to comment?. And do any YouTubers ask.

    So again I’m just a little confused here on who’s rights are well,..represented correctly if that makes sense.

    Yes I did as I did respond previously here regarding that email. I deleted 30 pages of photos with no fix. So why does the problem persist?.
    Surly if I was able to take photos when near the max of photos I can take new ones now that 30 pages have been deleted.
    Thus wouldn’t be creating any problems if I keep photos down to a minimum in the future.

    Have you managed to read my first email to you?. I didn’t respond via email because it’s just comes across as automated.
    Ie there was no response to the full email from sent to you.

    The nature of the my email is as follows.

    Clearing up the situation with GBR work that still exists on CC. (Unfair removal after many attempts directly and indirectly to gain some permission to retain work on CC) NOT with work that’s been taken down due to direct conflict with GBR new branding.
    Ie this work.

    I fully understand the whys when it comes to Trademarks and gaining permissions. Something I have been asking and attempting for months directly with said owners even support here and directly with DTG Matt. The Rail200 project and its themed work or art work.
    Not once did any DTL forum staff member approach me about supportive measurements so non of this would come to fruition as it has with work being removed now. When it could have been prevented if a DTL staff member taken the time to help a DTL forum member.

    Leaving feedback on products via the appropriate thread. And the issue I have with a number of Non DTG products mostly 3rd party.

    Money spent for livery time but unable to fully use. Class 66s have many mirrored layering issues in LD.

    Safe guard for user that could be subject to bullying or direct harassment by DTL forum users. Users that could be of a mental or nervous disposition put at risk. Trolls or others that are not speaking just commenting to put other members down or bully.
    Ie in appropriate behaviour or un related comments.

    And does a company have the responsibility to cater for all members of the community and public at large when using its products or services. Ie the right channels and staff to provide the support any individual needs. (Non Discriminatory Practices)
    The nature of my email addresses this and even applies to the situation now.
    Back and forth between something that’s needed to be resolved on my end, yet fail to understand or even care for.
    The effects on mental health etc.

    Gaining some assistance or reassurance from DTL or me being responsible and respectful by asking for advice from DTL staff.
    Ie to respectfully request or ask DTL for any rights like I have for the TSW Approval operation logos/ Preservation Group logo.

    I thank you said Matt gave me the green light, and I thank you and Matt for allowing that. From my end I’d like to discuss the bigger plan so again I can respect any brands or trademarks before going ahead. And relax or like Matt once said have fun.

    And to be honest I don’t feel I can or feel comfortable right now because of the situation that I feel has been left to build up to a point where both sides are getting slightly bogged down to a point it’s now becoming a painful reality for all.

    I feel the only answer or way out is can only be achieved by taking my email to you seriously.
    Not brushed off or ignored like I feel has been happening lately.

    And most of all I hope you understand from my side when it comes to the work I do.
    I will spend hours and if you do look at my account you’ll see this. Always in LD, and with so many hours spent on previous work and work planned I need some peace of mind by respecting DTG and do the right things by asking for help or permission first.
    Be DTG logos or GBR (work that’s been on CC for months to be protected) I’ve been asking or seeking reassurance on that.

    I’m sure you would do after committing 5 to 8 months of your life on Railway 200 themed work or GBR work.

    I have decided to stop communicating with you about DTGs conduct and failure to respond to any questions regarding treatment and products faults. I have given you more than one chance legally to respond to any questions or concerns, and to date this hasn’t happened.
    As a customer I have rights.

    Again DTG has failed to respond or resolve the matters contained directly to you at customer support and here also.
    I wish to carry on using TSW games and CC. BUT any attempt to harass or unfairly intervene with No set clear rules for all will be considered as bullying or unfair treatment.
    Even after wishing to clarify the situation to gain a better understanding of what DTG will allow and not.

    This message is not intended for getting any attention, but to allow you and DTG to know my decisions.

    I’m done playing games now, with many of my concerns/products issues being ignored more than once.
    Including my individual situation and why I’ve been seeking some advice/reassurance privately.
    Leaving both my messages here and directly to you at customer support unresolved by unsatisfactory customer care/support.

    There has been no real attempt to resolve this from DTG end leaving me with no other options over ending communication with you and DTG support.
