TSC Veterans GBE seem to have revamped their ancient Ruhrtalbahn route (dating back to the RailSimulator days) and extended it to Linnich and Euskirchen.
They have not been favourites in the German TSC community over the years, but they seem to be making amends and improving themselves with this offer. The entire Ruhrtalbahn network is now covered and available for €29.95. Discounts are applied for owners of the old route.

I don’t own this route, but the price and route coverage seem very fair.
correction: negative reviews coming in now over on Railsim.

I have all of the GBE routes. This is visually an improvement on the original. The rolling stock is adequate however no comparison to say AP product.

lots of floating objects like trees, fences, streets, also some misaligned platforms and such stuff . Its a common thing with GBE routes (and I´ve seen those a lot on their Lübeck-Puttgarden route).
Sorry to say, but even lots of not so good freeware routes are build with more care in this topic.
