I am so close to uninstalling TSW6 and reinstalling TSW5. Constant texture glitches on almost every route, nearly any new piece of content is almost certain to be buggy or broken. I purchased the class 805 today. On Euston to Milton Keynes I got blurry textures after 5 mins and birmingham crewe I got an out of memory before it even loaded. Feel like im getting cheated out of my money with this game now. Every tsw has had issues thats to be expected but they were mostly minor and could still play however tsw 6 has been a disaster and a broken mess since it came out like 4 months ago and its not enjoyable and almost unplayable. I've been playing the game since the first one shortly after it released on xbox and i've loved the game but now I kinda wanna give up with it.
Same here on xbox series x as soon as I choose the 805 on the Birmingham Crewe i also get the out of memory. No prior testing for a day 1 again this is not the first time. disappointed again
Same. X Box Series X and I can rarely load the game without out of memory crashing. Been with this game since TSW2020 days and invested a significant amount of money over the years to see it get steadily worse and now pretty much unplayable.
The answer to the original question is simple actually. Because they’ve got your money already and there is no incentive to fix it.
I‘m almost done with the game too. My last DLC is Stuttgart Heilbronn for a long time now. To convince me to buy something again, you first have to do a few things, such as fixing blurry textures and crashing on startup of the game with more than 86 DLCs installed. Last one is hilarious. Spent thousands of euros and I’m not able to use all of them. I’m in touch with 10 other Xbox players with the same problem and all of them are done with this game and DTG. None of us feel like we're being taken seriously. DTG always says that they're taking care of things and solving the problems. But nothing has happened in the last few months except for more DLC to buy and a few minor bugs being fixed. Sorry for that rant but I’m really angry about all of this.
Here we go again… This is yet another topic with the same message. Can’t we just look for one of the hundred other ones and write your point under that instead? I get that it’s annoying, but this is just spamming and hoping to find supporters. Put in a bit more effort next time, I’d say. Or buy a pc then you did not have al those problems. If you don't like my answer wait they are working on it!!!
People like you make me laugh, DTG won't give you free stuff for calling out people sharing negative experiences. You make it seem like you want to silence us and allow DTG to serve undercooked products. We must keep making multiple posts to show DTG that it isn't just 1 or 2 of us with issues. It's large, widespread bugs and sometimes outright unplayable content.
You really need to work on your reading comprehension. I’m absolutely not saying that you’re not allowed to express yourself. You’re completely free to do that just check for an existing topic first instead of repeatedly spamming and creating way too many half-finished threads with basically no substance, like this one. And again, I understand that it’s annoying that’s not the issue. On many forums, creating new topics with the same content isn’t even allowed.
While you don't actively say we can't express. The way you come across as having an issue with this post shows which way you lean in the debate. You have full right to express your point too I will just make that clear, however I will criticise it as I don't agree. I stand by my point that multi-thread is so much better at getting the message across rather than bunging it all in 1 thread that DTG can get their staff to place on mute.
Oh right, the age‑old “DTG doesn’t do this, DTG doesn’t do that” card is being played again… Where are you getting the idea that DTG wouldn’t be reading along, or as you put it, “pressing the mute button”? You’re basically attaching entire theories to it. I think the strength of a single topic is much greater, and that this is exactly where the power of a community lies — discussing something together and expressing what’s bothering you. I think you’re underestimating the strength of a group that speaks up instead of everytime a small discussion where 3 people say the same.
Fellow frustrated Xboxer. Best thing you can do is just stop playing, stop engaging and most importantly, stop buying. Things will never change. It has been almost a decade now and absolutely no reason to think that anything will magically be different. Loads of other really good games* out there that actually work. I was complaining on the forum a lot recently, but mostly you just get abuse for being a 'whinger' and it does not make any difference to anything anyway, so no point. Now I am just doing the odd post/question here and there, plus playing an occasional service run on the game when the mood takes me, with low expectations and not a lot more. Enjoying playing other stuff that doesn't annoy me so much. *so many great game pass games if you have a sub.
