Hello everyone, It is an idea inspired by TS classic (LGV Rhône-Alpes & Méditerranée Route Extension ) to propose this for TSW6. The French high-speed lines are among the most well-known in Europe, I believe its a fantastic idea to give a current route, launched years ago for TSW 2, a real makeover. This idea includes a complete remastering including custom French assets like the overhead lines, tracks, viaducts, trees and plants, grasses, vineyards and more details around the environment. And natural objects that dynamic change with the weather, when its dry during the summer months this will give it more of a feeling that you are actually in the south of France. Not to forget all the new TSW6 features - "French" Platform & Train Announcements - Signal delays - Visual Enhancements - Train disruptions - Random Events "A forest fire would be pretty cool" Expansion An extra kilometer is added to the current route. From Avignon towards Lyon, this is already the length of the Classic Train. Although bringing the route to Valence station is also quite a long distance. Trains Additional rolling stock new to the game - TGV Réseau - TGV M Avelia Horizon Additional livery for the TGV Duplex - Original silver/blue - OUIGO
Fully with this, though I’d love to see the Euroduplex make an appearance. I don’t believe the Avelia has even entered service yet.
Seen one on the classic route yesterday (around Laroche-Migennes, ie ~150km south of Paris), probably doing a test run.
Great suggestion Count on me Ilba8765 As additional stock, I'd think a Réseau/Dasye wold be perfect here. Personally, also find an LGV Rhin-Rhône (Dijon-Belfort) as a good candidate, alongside 2N2(Lyria/InOui) maybe PS. ---DMY--- adam asghar the Avelia M will serve almost everywhere, like 2N2!
The Avelia M hasn’t entered passenger service yet. When it does, there could possibly be issues regarding licensing since it would be a brand new train, which is why DTG may have to wait a year at least possibly before receiving ‘permission’ to add it in the game. Based on observations over the years I’ve played the game.
Ok, I understand now... This is the one I've seen : https://www.lesechos.fr/industrie-s...devoile-sa-nouvelle-generation-de-tgv-2091875 First time I've seen it. Edit : by "classic route", I mean the old PLM route ("l'artère impériale"), not the LGV. TGVs rarely use it.
I'm Probably a little early with that. For my part they may wait a little bit longer with the TGV M. The current one looks better!
I'm maked a suggestion of the extension of this route on DTG discord forums https://discord.com/channels/1324687416128180286/1420160951625187421
