I was playing the 3rd scenario in Main-Spessart bahn route when I ran into a red light just 1 km away from the last stop, the scenario was abaut to be completed. I pressed tab to get permission to pass but was replied with "Denied, no route avaliable". I waited for 10 minutes and tried again and again but nothing changed. I pressed 9 to see the route map and I saw no other moving or approaching train. I also had this problem in one of the scenarios in WSR route too. It doesn't make sense to wait for 10 minutes and still get no pass. So I don't think I did something wrong.
No, reassure yourself! You have just discovered one of the many buggy scenarios of TSW. They will be corrected in 2020. The QA people still had to be on vacation.
I don't know if it's the same scenario but I recall someone on here saying they got around issues like this by moving the AI train. Might be worth having a look.
