Just looking for some technical guidance on a major problem with TSC .
Basically, when attempting to load any scenarios I am faced with a Black screen with the usual TSC music playing in background.
The black screen has a blue band running along the bottom.
I also run TSW5 with no difficulty!
    My computer is Windows 11 ( non supported hardware) , I7 , 64GB RAM , Nvidia RTX 4000 card.
Been running both TSC and TSW5 for several months since upgrading from win 10 to Win 11 with no issues at all , only this month has TSC become a major problem.
Tried all the usual fixes , but no success.
    Please help?

'Non supported hardware' looks like a problem. What do you mean please?

It'll most likely be a patched version of Windows 11 running on hardware it can technically run on but that Windows refuses to install on normally. In this case, it's almost certainly an i7 without TPM2.0 or that has it disabled in the BIOS.

OP - divide and conquer. If you rename your TS installation from RailWorks to something else (or move it to a different folder, which will be slower), then verify the files on Steam it'll create a brand new TS installation. If the new installation works and the original doesn't, then it's the fault of the original installation. If the new one fails in the same way, then it'll be an OS or hardware issue.

One chief reason for the game to get stuck like that is broken content.
Within that, the most likely issue is workshop. Try and remove all workshop subscriptions (locally).
The most minimalistic test would be to delete (or rename) every single Scenarios folder within Content. If you ask AI it will be able to help. And then start the game.

It could be other things like a bad screen resolution or so.

    Hi!
You downloaded the latest scenario which may have problems with this one. Try removing the latest scenario and test.

You notice the OP is new, asks a question, gets a number of replies and does not bother saying anything else
