we had been one country until 1993, so anything made prior to that is pretty similar... and Skoda was active in loco/train making even after that, making stuff like InterPanter or City Elefant (I believe there used to be even a diesel version of that one)... I believe the last venture by Skoda into pure loco territory was Emil Zatopek loco, aka ZSSK 381 / CD 380 (a couple also made for DB as BR102, which was a big failure for them tho) there are only a couple locos or units that CD has different, like recently they were the first (along with OBB) to receive Vectron 230 locos and Vectrain cab cars (similar to OG RailJet cab cars, but with hood shape and cab controls shaped like in Vectron)... I am not familiar in-depth as to differences in MIREL versions and signalling tho, but should be pretty similar as far as I know
Dissappointed at the terrible popping trees and last minute LODs on vegetation. It was even mentioned and suitably glossed over in the preview stream as "done for performance". Popping in trees and vegetation that streams in 50m infront of trains should have been left back in TSW4. I'm sorry but set the LODs properly, don't blame it on game mechanics. It's shameful that what used to be the DTG get out for anything excuse "Oh, It's a Core Issue" has now developed to "Oh its broken, because Performance"
FTFY! I also picked up on the stream and quite pertinent to what’s being discussed in the other thread, from the Q&A are the level crossings working correctly to which the answer was a very vague, “I think so.”
If they set that high up someone's then gonna complain about low fps, stuttering and console blurred texture stuff. They did the work to set the LOD just for that. If you happen to have high-end hardware just use godmode.
