PS5 Pis Systems Completely Broken

Sat down to drive a couple of routes this evening. Tried 3 different scenarios and services and each one had the train i was trying to drive or the AI services displaying NOT IN SERVICE. A complete immersion breaker and I eventually gave up! Im playing on PS5 and the last scenario I experienced this was on Southeast High speed and the high speed rescue scenario driving the Javelin. Is it just me or have DTG done it again and broken working routes with their game core patches?

If you had searched the forum for PIS, you would have found this post.

It clearly states that DTG rendered all PIS displays defective with an update.

I only noticed this yesterday but if passenger service reads not in service and you cant even change it yourself.

The thread you linked to is a Steam thread, I was searching for a PS5 thread regarding the PIS problem, that's why I never saw the existing thread

The thread creator simply labelled it Steam because he has the problem with the Steam version. But that doesn't mean this problem only exists on Steam, does it?

I don't assume that you only read threads labelled PS5, but also others.
And if you had searched the forum for your problem, such as PIS, PIS display defective, or trains only show ‘Do not board’, then it would definitely have shown you the thread I linked to.

Do you think the DTG staff find it funny when they see that 10 threads have been created for 1 problem, and they then have to manually add everything to the thread, which, according to you, is only for Steam users?

This is a forum, not a chat room, and users can actually be expected to search the forum and use their own brains.

 

To be honest I don't care whether DTG staff find it funny or not that there is multiple posts concerning the same problem with the game. In fact it only goes to prove how broken the game is particularly on consoles. Rather than be concerned about multiple posts regarding the same issues on different threads perhaps they should be concentrating on repairing a game that is in a broken state and not pushing DLC that seems to be breaking the game further with every release. Don't worry I won't bother to make any more posts on here as clearly you're out to make snide remarks to someone that was only concerned that the game was even more broken than before for me at least. Im giving up on DTG and TSW6 it's simply not worth playing on console any more. Perhaps I'll try MSFS 2024.
