PS5 Switching Cabs On The Ice1 (401)

Every time i try and change ends in the 401, I am unable to drive from the other cab. It happens always after driving in 1 cab for a certain period, shutting it down and switching. The other cab's screens act funny, they dont turn on when the reverser is inserted and the train will not move at all. The brakes struggle to relase and there is no acceleration whatsoever. This has happened to me on Bremen-Oldenburg ECS movement and also while in use in free-roam. It doesn't function on either.

is anyone else experiencing this issue? I may be doing something wrong but i dont believe I am, shutting down the cab seems to be fine. Thank you.

 

You also have to press the "Führerstandswechsel"-Button (change-cab-button), so the other cab will be activated.

 

oh wow ok where is this button located

 

I think its on the wall where the lzb and sifa buttons are not 100% tho.

 

and do I press that button in the cab I switch FROM or TO

Before you leave a cab on the BR401 you need to press that button on the back wall BEFORE you switch the reverser to off. If you don't do that you will get a emergency braking on that cab.
